Was very hopeful of a mate getting me into his companies hospitality box for Wembley but he just called me this morning to say people are offering thousands to get in there with two lifelong Leeds fans coming over from New Zealand, supposedly paying £5k each! For a seat in the box, Mrs Class wouldn’t approve that much!

Think Southampton actually suits us better than baggies as with the size of Wembley hoping for a lot more space for Gio.

Probably be won and lost in midfield battle so Gruev and Kamara have to both have their best games of the season.

Looking forward to an exciting game and I hope we take a Bielsa approach and attack attack and attack.

We were missing Rodon at St Mary’s and there was a strange atmosphere for the recent home defeat but our confidence will be sky high after Norwich.

Irrespective of the result think Farke deserves a huge amount of credit for this season starting with the rats jumping ship and getting the second youngest team to this stage,

I think is a brilliant effort and hopefully his experience will tip the difference when we need it most next Sunday.

I did see somewhere that the police are aware of the problem next weekend and have drafted in more troops.
It was bad planning really but Spose they thought we would get auto promotion and mancs had no chance of getting to a final.
The obviously solution would have been to just sell the final tickets to city. But damage done now.
I do fear that there will be trouble. When they lose they will be looking to cause some bother.
Just hope we are jubilant and don't get involved.

Going to try to get a ticket, nit hopeful though. If I can't get one, does anyone know of a Leeds pubs in London? Or anywhere near wembley that fellow ticketless Leeds fans will be watching the game?

ILK, you have to have attended a minimum of 9 games as a member to even apply, it's highly unlikely that many will, its so disappointing how they have allocated again. What's the point of membership if you can't apply.

So it’s Southampton gents, third time lucky for a win 🤞🙏👍.

Why not? They are beatable, especially if we perform like last night.

Hampton South shall be unbelievably hard with little Willy trying to get us up but Smallbone trying to do the same.

blooming hope so Woody!

my loathing, irritation and dislike of Southampton needs soothing greatly with a Super Leeds United Wembley play off win next Sunday.

You’d think it would be weird for one team to beat us three times in a season. They may get over confident.
Anybody see it? How did they play? Any injuries?

I think the bigger pitch will make for a more open game, which I’m hoping will really work to our favour. If Sod’s Law truly is a thing, we deserve it to work for us for once!

They controlled the entirety of the game, Aus. Looked good for the win.

Shall be a tough game, but we can win if we perform somewhere near the level of Thursday night.

Cautiously optimistic would be my stance.

Saw the game Aus. Their dangermen are:

Smallbone
Armstrong
Brooks
Downes

We need to stifle, choke and pocket Downes especially.

One thing's for sure, Southampton will not allow us the space that Norwich did and they'll double up on Cree and Willie so the rest will have to put a shift in.

Come on Leeds!

Leeds v Southampton final.
It will be a tough game, but play like the boys did last night and we're back in the Premier League.

Baz Once we arrive at Wembley, I want a repeat scoreline from 52 years, 2 months, 3 weeks and a day ago. 🤍💙💛.

Our trip to the capital next weekend affords us not only an opportunity for promotion but a chance to change an undesirable statistic. Last LUFC player to score for Leeds 🤍💙💛 at Wembley if I'm not mistaken a certain unspeakable Frenchman almost 32 years ago. Time for that to change. Don't mind Rutter 🇫🇷 following in the footsteps.

That’s right George, that game being a 4-1 Charity Shield win over Liverpool, Wallace scored our first followed by a hat trick by that French Judas! Time to put that right Georginio, with goals from Italy, Holland or even Bulgaria, who cares as long as we win 🤞🤞🙏🙏🫣🫣.

Err Woody bit surprised by your inaccurate details

Leeds won that wonderfully entertaining Charity Shield Trophy match 4 3 ( not 4 1 as you say)

Cantona scored first, got a fab hatrick and Dorigo scored a slightly deflected free kick

Wallace played well but didn't score.

What do we all think of the social media clips of Cry celebrating? Well after his no celebration claim with Piroe against Southampton on last game of season it seems all is not lost as he has been filmed smiling, cheering and chest slapping the Leeds badge. His attitude on Thursday night was exceptional, I’ve not seen him that animated before and his play was not selfish. He celebrated with Piroe and even hugged him after while walking round Elland Road, redemption maybe? 🤷🤷🤞🤞🤔🤔.

But they were crap eh lol.

Still enjoying a warm glow inside from last night! Most enjoyable watch of the season for me! Few things I particularly enjoyed!
The whole of Elland road singing to Ashley Barnes and then moments later he gets hooked 😂
Coops coming on, love him or loathe him, he's been an incredible ambassador for our club!
Amps giving up the armband straight away and high fiving his kids after the game!
Rutters performance! I think sometimes he's like a drunk octopus but still comes away with the ball!
Thought Roden set the tempo for the match early on! Great leader and warrior!
Don't think any fans sung about Wembley until we were 4-0 up!
Hoping the pitch at Wembley suits our players!
Come on Leeds MOT.

Gotta be honest and I admit their goalie was crap. That cross from Gnonto the highlight. Ala Beckham. On a sixpence.
Lots of other positives as previously mentioned.

We need to cross from deeper with more regularity. They cause problems. Defenders hate having to defend between the penalty spot and six yard box when they're running back towards their own goal, and it's a center forward's dream running onto chances in that area.

Ok we are at wembley so who would you prefer to meet?

I'm thinking West Brom are weaker than Saints, but on last nights showing who cares, bring 'em on!

Albion. They were lucky against us in both matches where as Saints for the most part outplayed us.

Plus I've got a couple of mates who are Baggies fans so will make for some interesting conversations!

Whilst we absolutely played them off the park and the final score flattered Norwich, sacking Wagner seems harsh. I would like to think that had we lost last night Farke would keep his job. I can't think think of one of our players that had a bad game and anyone who wasn't impressed by the crowd is void of emotion. Still in shock.
