OK peeps here we go into the home straight, 7 games to go which are equally huge for every team fighting for something. Don't believe there are "must win" games, do you think DF or any manager sends their players out with that ringing in their ears. There is only play your best and the result will follow. All we have ever asked of our boys is they give 100% on the field. No team has a right to beat another, it has to be earned, luck is needed, decisions and injuries hinder. What will be will be and we shall prevail. Trust what has got us where we are and believe it will continue but don't slaughter if it doesn't go how we want.

Haven't posted too much this season, and didn't give a reaction to much neither
But you believe there's no " must win games " is a total contradiction to what our clubs chairman and backers are trying to achieve!
Why else do they spend the millions they do other than get to EPL?
Stop with all the woke nonsense of " oh Don't stress, things happen for a reason, love the universe lark
The club are desperately trying to go up because our fan base want it, this club is crying out for success even in a results scenario, yet you reckon it's an Under 8's approach to football is the optimal approach?,
Just go out and enjoy it!

This is 4 teams (so far winning a very high percentage of their matches ) chasing just two auto places.
DF might not use " must win" openly but he surely believes this is a must win game.

Good grief Vid, what a load of woke nonsense. May be you could come and spend an afternoon at our local primary school where everyone’s a winner.
This is top level sports we’re involved with, winning is important, we are LEEDS UNITED, the team is built to win not just take part . IT MATTERS, and yes WE MUST WIN - the players know that and are literally paid millions to shoulder the pressure that comes with that - if they can't they need to quit and go play somewhere wet and windy in the local park on a Sunday morning.

Nowt “woke” about it! The only thing woke in this thread is the use of that word itself! I think what Vid is imo rightly alluding to is the creation of a high pressure atmosphere in the squad, which is not the way to set up a team to win in most cases. I think Farkey will be trying to keep the players relaxed, but 100% focused. There is a huge difference between immense pressure and fear of failure vs immense focus and an urgent desire to win. To be clear tho, some players do thrive on pressure, but that will be applied privately.

I despair at times with this site, how can the supporters of a team on the best run of results of any team in the top five leagues in the world, find so much joy in decrying our results, trumpeting the achievements of our nearest competitors and highlighting our perceived failings, whilst finding solace in “correctly” predicting our misfortunes!
There is no semblance of woke in Vids original post if you read, really read it, he articulated very carefully that Farkey most likely adopts the well worn mantra of one game at a time, irrespective of who we are playing.
Every game is must win to us supporters (including vid) but please don’t hunt down every opportunity to denigrate a brilliant contributor to this site.
And for clarity I don’t believe Chris did, it was a case of two differing personalities whom articulate, express their passions very differently…. fine!
What I despair at is the speed at which certain individuals (no surprises) rush in to divide and strengthen their perceived personal agendas, which berm correctly identified as ‘self before side’ every time.
A dropped point at Watford came second to making sure everyone remembers it was their prediction, their previous post in relation to who plays (mirrored by many others just not broadcasted) was of more importance, than the Team.
I mean Farkey reads this site everyday why doesn’t he listen?
We finally get Woody back, fantastic, but at a time when we should be celebrating a magnificent season to date, we are never ever far away from descending back into a Site where the individuals perceived popularity or standing is more important (to those individuals) than our team!
I make crap predictions, I back Cooper, but believe Cresswell should play before him, I hate losing and get frustrated and worried with our slow play at times, but other posters have enlightened me why Farkey does it.
There’s loads of stuff I agree and disagree on Leeds United but I’ll never understand personal criticisms of other posters views about everything Leeds United, but I’m not even slightly interested in their personal achievements to date.
And before I’m called a hypocrite for calling out this (historically repeated) behaviour the fact the same individuals are the ones the Eds felt warranted a ban from this site previously should tell you it’s a shared assessment.
We often talk about what will happen to Leeds United IF we don’t go up this season?
And irrespective of results, I still believe we will go up as champions, but yes we COULD fail to go up at all, and yes, including losing yet another playoff game, but I’ll still be supporting Leeds United even if they end up in Pukka Pies division 5 North!
I hope with our brilliant Eds we can keep the Site, fun interesting and yeah god forbid, I’m accused of being woke myself, always respectful of our very different views on Leeds United.
I don’t think any of us joined this banter Site for the ‘personal opinions, and perceived achievements’, of a very select few, we joined because of our fervent support of our team, Leeds United.

My euphemism on " woke " is all these new straplines and adages that are now everywhere in current day life as we walk on egg shells everyday for fear of saying wrong thing
Having to say all positive things, other than speaking truths sometimes grates on me a lot
My view with a handful of games left EVERYONE of them are must win
I realise we may not but surely the correct mindset to adapt is WE MUST WIN,
Flooding messages with Qué Sera Sera and " chill vibes " is just silly

Thank you Bright and Class for your very kind comments. Of course I understand my opinions will rankle with some and of course you have every right to post that, it is the way of things. My buddhist outlook does not suit all but I strongly believe it is a better way to live life. As you know I totally believe we will be successful and have stated that from the get go and desperately want us to win every game but all we can do is give the lads every support we can not knock them after every blip. MOT and UTWDTP.
