Grasp the concept that there is a massive gulf between kids football (21’s) and the true pro leagues! Even the step up from U18s, grass roots, to non league football is huge, and 60% don’t hack it. If you know, you know.
I’m guessing that the closest some got to football was being a ball boy, or mascot, or having a full board for their subutteo pitch.
