Maresca for Chelsea. A bold move.
Can't see him getting much more of a tune out of them than poch.
Good bet for first sacking?
04 Jun 2024 03:20:54
Ben
I am hoping 1st sacking in next season EPL is Russell Martin at Southampton.
Marescu will do okish at Chelsea. top 5 or 6 next season.
04 Jun 2024 05:41:46
I think he will do well too Baz. He seems to thrive with clubs that flout spending rules! ??
Interested to understand why you want Martin biffed first tho? Maresca was the only gaffer that talked twoddle during the season, and I didn’t read anything from the Saints gaffer that would create dislike? Like I say, just interested; I’ve probs forgotten something again! ???.

Bold prediction baz. First sacking will be Ipswich boss after not winning a game pre Xmas.
04 Jun 2024 08:42:31
Different league now, not arsed haha.
04 Jun 2024 10:59:21
Aus . there is more chance of yoh going on a date woth Skippy the Bush Kangaroo than Ipswich ever sacking McKenna even if they were to get relegated
Back to back promotions, a newly signed 4 yeat contract. McKenna is definitely in the top 4 best ever Ipswich managers
Perhaps you need to calm down a tad on your continually erroneous Ipswich predictions Aus ?.

Brighty.
1) I have a particular dislike of Southampton since 78/ 79 season when their very dirty side unjustly defeated Tony Currie inspired Leeds United in cuo semi
2) As for smug RM . his smugness grew bigger and bigger in dismantling of Daniel Farke and Lèeds United in each of those 3 matches last season.
Want him sacked asap and Southampton relegated this season please.
04 Jun 2024 11:50:48
Ok Baz, I can understand that now! ??.
04 Jun 2024 14:06:43
Baz. I guarantee you if Mr Ipswich boss gets his choice of in comings or it’s perceived that way and they are in bottom 3 by Turkey time. He gone.
Happy to wager a baldy hair cut on it.
04 Jun 2024 16:52:42
No point on a bet Ausmeister because you would do another Bermo and welch on it when you lose ??
Just my Baz guarantee that more chance of you Aus becoming the next Aussie Prime minister
than Ipswich sacking McKenna at any point next season R or not!
Fat and zero chance.
04 Jun 2024 19:13:07
I just don’t think Southampton will be able to contain premiership teams like they did us. They’ll be the first to concede in matches and will then be up against it. He needs better defenders to stay up.
04 Jun 2024 19:35:31
Agree with Baz, can’t see Ipswich sacking McKenna regardless next season.
Similar to Luton (overachievers) and Burnley (big name manager) this season, who I can’t imagine considered firing them.
05 Jun 2024 07:18:42
They’ve tied to him to a four year contract, and made him one of the best paid managers in the country, and are probably, as a business, budgeting on being relegated. Yes, of course they’re going to sack him, if their forecast looks like being accurate, just so that they can put a £6m dent in their own budget! Makes perfect financial sense!
He will only leave if a big club comes in for him, and they pay up the compo that his new contract will oblige others to pay Ipswich to even be allowed to talk to him.
05 Jun 2024 10:16:03
They’ve given him a new contract and the players he needs to rebuild the team.
Hey ho. They will still be rubbish and staring R in the face from get go. You are deluded if you don’t think they will sack him. Somebody will have to cop the blame.
Question. Who usually cops the blame chaps.
Mark my words as prime minister. He is as good as gone.

150% spot on logical facts Bright
Aus hasn't got a didgeridoo.
05 Jun 2024 13:46:47
More juice for the sacking bright.
Tell me Ipswich above bottom 3 at Turkey and he good.
Otherwise gone.
100%.
05 Jun 2024 15:19:23
Is that the same " Aussie 100% " guarantee that stated Ipswich would drop to mid table last season ???.
