Chris watching it in real time, I initially thought the player that beat Rodon to the header looked slightly ahead of him, but I haven’t seen a replay of it, so will have to go with the people that have had the chance to watch it again opinion.
But ampadu played on the goal scorer. Overall we played really well, and just very unlucky to concede another injury time goal. I must admit when we signed Longstaff, I wondered why we needed him, but he answered that, and some yesterday. Every corner he took was excellent, his tackling and positioning top notch, and completed a fantastic midfield performance with a cracking goal, which deserved to be the match winner. I want Brenda (mot’s name for him, which is very apt) Baracus to do well, but his legs are 10 yards ahead of his brain. Not even a good draught excluder in a wall. He’s facing the wrong way! Aren’t you supposed to be looking at the free kick taker?

Well MoT, I guess that's fair comment but I would have to disagree. It's not that simple. We are talking about a guy who has delivered on every front so far. We are six games in. DF has evolved and transformed us every season so far. To criticise for decisions that are finite is a tad harsh IMO. rubbish happens. But look how he has got us set up and playing. 23 games unbeaten at ER, with 18 wins. Teams now know they are in for a game when they take us on, players are growing and performing. It's not instant, but I love everything about the DF era. It's easy to knock, harder to appreciate, but my word we are making an impact. Its evolving. This has always been the Leeds ethos, we are Leeds, we play, we entertain and we give all. Sure there will be disappointments, but there will be joy too. I repeat, 6 games in, 8 points and much to like ?.

Think you may be misunderstanding my post OP, delighted with performance and effort shown, obviously to concede at end was hard and not what we all wanted, but as I said really happy overall but it was wrong decision to sit back and leave them come at us

Chris we are all gutted and disappointed not to win that game, especially to concede in the last minute but that’s football, it happens to other clubs as well.
Over the season I dare say we will score in stoppage time to win a game that perhaps we didn’t really deserve. But on those occasions i'm sure we won’t be complaining that the coach got his tactics wrong.
It’s just bad luck the way I see it and good luck when it goes for us.
We can’t win every game this season, even when we deserve to, that’s football and there is an element of luck involved.
And don’t forget, they were chasing the game and with their quality they were not going to let us dictate the game towards the end. Having said that we soaked up the pressure and defended well.
The positive thing for us is that we are improving with every game. We mustn’t lose sight of that when complaining about our "German" greasy meat ball coach in his black coat!

Thing that impressed me yesterday was our fitness and the speed we countered at when we turned it over .
Granted it was wolves, and we will face far tougher opponents but winning is a super morale booster

Yes Chris Gudmundsson also impressed me yesterday. Who knows, maybe some of the doubters of our recruitment this summer might be proved wrong after all?!
Also Longstaff who needed a bit of time to settle in is also showing some very positive signs. I fancy we’ll see him score a few goals this season which we do need from our midfielders

Well said early days, I always speak about patterns of play. Any game can be taken out of context but the shape and patterns is good indicator for mid term and I think mid term things looks good.

Just a thought I felt worth mentioning
Last 2 weeks we had no football albeit crap internationals , this site obviously echoes that with not much to say / read and at times is boring
Fast forward to pre/ post actual competitive games and so many chips in with posts .
So for me Rose / Doom is all welcome as it beats the mundane comments of previous 2 weeks
So fellas, stop taking it personal, ( some do ) and let's all agree / disagree to our hearts content

Absolutely Chris, I think I post that very often the fact we know literally nothing about the business and football tactics etc that goes on behind the scenes at Elland rd, that goes for players, coach, staff, managers, directors and owners.
We just make it all up because we simply don’t know and non of us are experts on footballing matters either but then again, who is? certainly not most of the pundits or journo’s that's for sure.
Differing opinions are what make this forum work I can’t see the interest in posting if we all said the same thing and agreed with each other.

Agreed Ani on zero alternative, but you mention Salah, top scorer last season, so that point is a bit moot, because he will score rubbish loads
I have never rated Lewin, that's why I ain't surprised he's fluffing a fair few, furthermore I don't believe he will come good,
I would however attach a little caveat to that claim, surely our mid's and wingers should also be included also in the question of lack of goals thus far
Jack + Brendan could play for weeks without scoring, That's our reality, we won't be able to attract better players until we are established in this league.
