Farke said still Mess very young had been low on confidence but can be any keeper he wishes to be. Farke then added he’s been best keeper in the league this year…. fantastic man management but I’m still not convinced this is factually correct.
As Baz highlighted when the lad hit the bar Mess was down on one knee? So never would have reached it……and the wonder save…. everyone watching it back for how well he does, credit where it’s due BUT….
Dewsbury-Hall easily outjumps a standing Ayling and heads it at the back post less than TWO yards from goal?
Surely your keeper who has a four foot height advantage claims a slow looping cross and there’s no save to make?
Had that gone in the autopsy would have highlighted these obvious weaknesses.
Brilliant performance absolutely, miraculous save absolutely, but I’m just saying what I see and selfishly I would like additions in January to include a proven keeper especially if Farke does not consider Darlow is not better than Mess at this time.
I’d like a good solid back up keeper (johansson at Rotherham in EFL team of the year last year? ) and we definitely need back up full backs, as brilliant as Luke has been for us time waits for no man and it’s clearly caught up with Luke now.
Oh and isn’t great to watch us play let alone win in white, hope we continue to do that wherever we can, work with a Plymouth lad and he mentioned they fancy getting something from set pieces against us.

Agree class. Good save. But should have claimed more crosses and lots of mis communication between him and gray. Goalies fault. You get paid man wage so man up and shout for it.

Good post Class - having had time to think about the game, I'm of the opinion that it's the most solid performance we have given in at least two seasons.
To restrict the runaway league leaders to just one shot (the last minute header which Meslier pushed away brilliantly) shows just what a good performance it was.
Hopefully we can now go on a winning run between now and Christmas, and as you have said, think one or two clever additions in January would complete the picture for the second half of the season.

Class Luke and LOL both need to go in January replaced by a CD in a similar bracket to Rodon whether that's on loan or permanent buy. Realistically someone not as good as Rodon but better than LOL. I can also see us getting in a replacement for PB. Only then are we set.

Yes class I think the legs are gone or going for luke. Not the first time this season he has been out jumped at the back post. As has been said before he will go when his contract runs out. Same with coops. Left back cover and a number 10 in Jan please!

Agree on the full Bach situation Class, if we lose Rodon for a spell think we will struggle.
I’m sorry but I disagree with Meslier and it looks like I’m on my own in that judgement.
I believe Mez is a very decent keeper that is only going to improve. Everyone entitled to their opinions.

To think that Adams was replaced by Amps and Kammy, and we still had £8m left over! Two great signings! And we cannot allow Rodon to leave under any circumstances! Try to do the deal in January imo.

Adams is Mr November on my leeds calendar. Haven't really missed him this year have we.
I know what you mean about rodon bright.
Would be great if we could snag him at end of his loan.
