Lots to be positive about and we look good for t5he rest of the season. Two observations, The goal keeper is unreliable. He can pull off world class saves one minute and the next he is punching instead of catching, weak wrists and poor positioning, . He cost us tonight. On a more ongoing theme. If we go ahead we don't know whether to stick or twist and end up doing neither. We play well until we score and, except on very occasions we stop what we we doing and bring teams on who probably hadn't been doing much until then.

We then panic a bit and start pushing forward but this time leaving gaps at the back. I've lost count of the teams we've done that with. Aston Villa, Tottenham, Newcastle Man U and in many ways Man City as well. We pushed them back and scored two. Immediately the mind set changed and back they came. If we find the secret of holding on to what we've got by continuing to be solid, but positive going forward, we could do very well.

Wow, a game for the neutrals tonight.
2 extremely well taken goals for BA and i felt for him when their penalty was netted
DCL added to his tally with a well struck penalty 👏👏
Rather then slate Perri for the goals scored against us, I felt our defence were as much to blame, with plenty of fannying around the ball inside the box instead of hoofing it away up the pitch
Let's dust ourselves down and bounce back for Fulham.

Absolutely ridiculous to blame Perri definitely our defending to blame for their first goal.

Thought all our players played with passion and strength, they never stopped, stunning performance, just a shame we were on the losing end of that game.
Aaronson’s performances are outstanding, he really is turning into one of our best players now, incredible turnaround from him.

Totally gutted that we didn’t at least get a deserved draw out of that game, can’t see us getting relegated if we can keep this up.

90+12 their winner. Latest goal in PL history. An absolutely sickening result, thoroughly deserved a point. How it went on that long is beyond me. And, what an harsh decision for their penalty. We must now register a win against Fulham in the next game, or we will still be in the mix at the bottom.

The teams above us, are pulling away. Bournemouth 4 points in front of us now. So, we need a win to draw them back in.

Regarding the added on time, I've always thought they should take responsibility for timekeeping away from the ref and have a seperate timekeeper who starts and stops the clock (on display to all) on signals from the ref, and sounds a hooter when time is up as in Rugby League.

Beyond gutted for the lads after that, well played ref couldn’t give that penalty quick enough whilst ignoring the hand ball for the winner.

Think we sat back a little too early but cannot criticise a performance like that just feel so sorry for the players and those amazing travelling supporters.

Also shouldn't Thiaw have had a yellow for the penalty handball?

Great game end to end, BA two goals shame we were on the end of loss, lots off positive to take away, we have done very well against the top side, let’s move on and go again we are staying in The Premier League.

Great game, deserved more, and without taking anything away from what will go down as a classic, our goalkeeper is the weak link.
His positioning is poor, he punches when he should catch, and what can I say about his kicking. I don't like to point fingers, but i'm sorry to say our keeper cost us tonight.

If I was being critical, it would not be the goalie - way too many crosses coming in from the right side and the defense is at sixes and sevens trying to cover and get out . we give up the goals within 8 minutes of scoring them . not the goalies fault.

Their crosses, and corner deliveries were outstanding. With us having DCL, we could do with rewatching their early deliveries, as he would thrive on them.

Yes to apologise, to Adam Underwood and the recruitment team at Elland Rd.

Given the parameters that we are forced to work within.

In hindsight the summer window has been a relative success, with the odd exception.

I feel compelled to say this given the absolutely ridiculous amounts that a certain fee clubs pay for “ok” players, certainly not world class players.

Somenyo now going to Man City (FFP’s love child) for £65m is stupid. He’s never worth that kind of money.

Problem is the trickle down effect, bang average player now going for £20-£30m +, just makes it even harder for the lesser established clubs to survive/ compete.

I actually hate the Premier league, I’m only happy we are in it for the longevity of my club, but it’s as corrupt as it gets. Refs are biased to the “big 6” VAR is a joke again biased for them and so is the PSR/ FFP system.
Football does need a regulator or it needs each club to have its own PPV system and not be held by Sky or any other TV network, to help level the playing field.

Apologies for the rant but it’s killing the game and the love of the fans at working/ middle class level.
The top 6 cartel have a monopoly and it’s cheating everyone else.
