As a championship club, yet this summer we spend on average £10m on average on 10 players.
Couple that with a tactically inept coach and voila we have a very poor side that looks like there’s zero game plan, headless chickens. Get Farke and the YTS lad in recruitment gone, F PSR and spend in January to stay up.
IM SICK OF US ALWAYS GETTING SHAFTED BY OWNERS.

JR, not sure how a new striker in January, which we can’t afford anyhow unless we sell, will be able to do any better than DCL, he gets very little quality service to be effective. The likes of Harrison and Aaronson are unable to provide that. Okafor and Bogle are ok but not consistent enough.

OP you're right, we prob can't afford a new striker unless we sell, so that's what we should do. Right now we have 4 CBs one of whom has never played so sell one of those (say Struijk) also 5 DM/ CMs so lose one there too (say Gruev) .
Then find a buyer for Meslier, and that might release enough funds. Finally what I have in mind is a goalscorer to play with DCL not instead of him in a 4:4:2 or 4:2:4 formation. Farke's preferred 4:2:3:1 doesn't suit the strikers we have now.

The longer a new manager works with the squad the better chance they have regardless of the upcoming fixtures, time to formulate a system that suits the players we have, employ a set piece coach instill a work ethic and get the players onboard with the vision and how to deliver.
I see a lot of players don’t look like they believe in the set up and how we are playing.
I mean most of us are left scratching our heads so they must be too.
I think he on the verge of really losing the dressing room.
But having seen how long it took Parag to sack Russell Martin I’m not sure we will make the change.
