Well now the dust has settled on that remarkable week, still find it strange how DF suddenly saw the light and started doing everything he flatly refused to do throughout his tenure! But now he seems to be so much more proactive and dropped his blinkers and clearly has the support of the players I am very happy for him to steer the good ship LUFC through this season, it really feels like getting a new manager And the bounce And keeping everything settled with no upheaval.
Long may it last UTWDTP to a thrilling season ?.

I think anyone would be happy to stick with DF provided he is getting results. 4 pts from those last 3 games is excellent considering the opposition and we were unlucky not to get 5.

Aye Alf, but it's not simply the results, it's the manner of the performances, we seem a team reborn. Watching the press, recycling the long balls, getting bodies in the oppo box, commitment and positivity, that second goal against Chelsea and the second against Pool were just a joy to watch!

If you don’t mind me saying Vid that comes across as slightly disingenuous as up to the Chelsea game you were fist thumping that he be sacked immediately.
How long will this new found love for Daniel Farke last for? This Sunday when we potentially get beaten by Brentford?
I’ll continue with these posts until someone stops covering up their weak excuses of why, like a biblical miracle he has suddenly changed and now he doesn’t need to be sacked, all of a sudden!

Lol, thought I may get a response OP. But if you recall I absolutely supported DF and the 49ers from the get go if you recall many of my posts. But, like many, I became very frustrated with DFs approach and decision making, even until half time against Citeh. Fair play to him tho, he must have listened/ learned from something. Even you have to agree he has done a complete u turn and what he has done is what many were screaming for. Now I totally agree I became disenchanted with his stubborn refusal to try something different, i even suggested a while ago when our wingers were injured he should go with wing backs.
If you think that is disingenuous and fickle that is your right. But ask yourself, if he had continued on the path he was on would last week have happened? Its all about opinion dude and that can change as has mine a couple of times. I am more interested in our beloved club and how they perform than commenting on others emotions. But if it pleases you to point score, carry on bruv ?.

I think if we were offered 3 points from man. city away and Chelsea and Liverpool at home, we would have bitten off the hand. So to get 4 points, and very unlucky not to get 5 points, albeit ourselves getting a late equaliser, is a great return. But along with the points, it’s the manner in which we have played in those games that’s the thing. Full of passion and inspirational performances all over the pitch. We have to continue in the same vein, especially away from home.
Let’s see how it goes away at Brentford. Now opti Vid wasn’t the only one shouting for Dan to get his pansy potters, like I posted a few days ago, we’re all fickle, not just Leeds United fans. You only have to look at Liverpool just now, and the amount of fans asking for slot to get the boot. I would say that only you apart haven’t advocated that Dan gets sacked, but remember if it was up to you, meslier would still be our goalkeeper.

Vid, I expect Farke to put out a team irrespective of formation to beat the other team, every time. Nothing has changed since the beginning of this season as far as I’m concerned.
I expect our coach from time to time to change formation, tactics and substitutions throughout this season as he sees fit, he is the one in the hot seat is he not?
He is definitely not listening to fans, content creators, pundits or media as to how he should coach his team.
That is without doubt conclusive.

C&J, fickle fans is an expression wildly used in football and it most definitely is not exclusive to Leeds Utd.
My point is about getting behind the coach and his team the best we can as fans, this was never going to be a walk in the park season and I do believe there are some Leeds United fans who feel we are entitled to do a lot better than what is realistic in this season back in the Premiership.
Creating disturbances even before the season starts about sacking your coach is only going to create a negative atmosphere within the club, what kind of environment do think that creates before a ball is even kicked this season.
I’ll give a fickle Leeds United fan something to complain about, administration, 17 years of debt and despair, 15 points deducted, League 1, GFH, Papa £1 Smurf, Hockaday etc etc etc.
These are the issues with our club that enraged me, not a coach in Daniel Farke who succeeded in winning the title in the Championship and leading us back into the Premiership that we have missed for so long.
Lets get it right, complain when something is clearly not right instead of spitting out the dummy and crying like a baby when we don’t win a game in this extremely highly competitive league with sadly players who lack quality but are willing to give their maximum for their club, coach and fans.

Sorry OP think you are totally missing the point. Let's absolutely get this right. Leeds fans are completely besotted with Leeds, that is being Leeds, the brotherhood, the belonging, the desire, the pride, total love. Now the "disturbance" about sacking DF before he had even won the Champo was totally media driven, nothing to do with us fans. Complaining is a perfect right when you believe the custodians of our devotion are not acting in its best interest.
This theme runs through life. Lashing out at people who don't share your opinion is barely wrong, everyone is entitled to a perspective and as far as I know, all any of us want is the best for Leeds United regardless of how we express it. Nothing is apersonal attack on you or your beliefs, just an expression of theirs. You can say what you want but you need to respect that applies to others too.

Absolute rubbish Vid that the sack Farke was only media driven in the summer, I could name a least ten posters on here who didn’t want him to be our coach in the Premiership. There were also a number of Leeds Utd content creators that also wanted a change amongst many others.
The one thing I know that will happen 100% is the next game we lose, your good self and others will be bashing the Farke out drum once again.

We can come on here, vent, commiserate, discuss, disagree, celebrate, but all is shared which is the magic.

That story about the 49er’s considering to sack Farke before the season started was only picked up by the media because there were rumblings of discontent from sections of fans who didn’t trust Farke to be good enough in the the Premiership.
Parag stated much later that he would make statements about the club which were started by non based rumours.

I believe the story first surfaced in the Daily Fail at the end of April Aus, as to where they got the info from who knows but it was reported to have been leaked by a 49ers insider but I could be wrong ??.
