And yes, BamBam hugely missed. Piroe has the turning circle of a supertanker with his back to goal, but improved when he was dropped back behind Gio again. If Bam is out again vs Foxes (Bod forbid! ) , then start Matteo.
There are positives too for me.

Minutes 66 and 67; a massive punch out from Mez, then seconds later a very well taken cross (caught superbly under pressure) . Also was alert to the cross / shot that came from their left, and could easily have snuck in.

Credit where it's due WG in past 5 or 6 games or so has turned it around in 2024.5 or 6 goals and an assist or 2 so far this year 2024
