Looks like Farke has the ability to get the best out of players with a number of examples in Bamford, Firpo, James and Rutter .
These players are contributing more than most on here would have thought they were capable of .
Shows what a good manager/ coach can achieve.

Bamford has always been hot and cold average.

Farke is best manager we’ve had since Bielsa but don’t over do it.

I think very highly of Bielsa and what he did with the squad he inherited, unfortunately the big achilles heal in his methods of extremely high intensity football ended up burning the players out. The injuries and burnout we could not cope with because of a lack of investment in the squad.
It's a big "if" but if Farke can get us up and followed by mid table stability, I would most likely rank Farke above Bielsa.
One good thing about Farke is, he's been down the home stretch a couple of times before and knows what it's about.
There is a lot of football still to be played, there will be some freak results plus some ups and downs .
One game at a time and each game as it comes.

I think farke has benefited from us getting 1-2 years worth of better players with the prem money etc. Plus one or to promising youngsters have come of age. Bielsa had his main squad and then average championship players in reserve. Bielsa's squad could not cope with a few injuries were I think farke squad probably could.
I would like to see this squad as a bielsa team it would be cracking.

What my man ??? says. Farke getting best out of Firpo and Bamford because they've finally returned to full fitness and they're playing at their level. As for James, he's finally matured and is imo a mid grade EPL quality player. As for Rutter, he's class and is now accustomed to the English game. Farke has had something to do with it but not as much as you claim. His treatment of CC (not the poster) has been well below the decent standard.

I do believe that Farke’s methods has helped to bring the best out of some players that haven’t been realizing their potential. I think if he does get us up this season it should be considered as a major achievement considering the state of our depleted squad and not really knowing wtf was going to happen until the end of the transfer window on the 1st September.
As for Cresswell George, fans have just got to accept for whatever reasons they are, he doesn’t fit in or is not ready to play to Farke’s methods.
Farke has offered him to stay at the club to try and improve and adapt.
Managers have to make these sort of decisions, I’m sure it doesn’t make them happy and I’m certain there’s nothing personal involved.
A manager or coach can not be successful if he puts sentiment first.

OP my comments are certainly not spurious/ fake. the Bielsa interview especially. Anyways . opinions differ on this.
But in reality . FACTUALLY ' spurious' would be your erroneous counter claim yesterday for example that Preston could never get thrashed (when in fact they had been thrashed multiple times this season) . even you then admitted and conceded that your claim was fake/ spurious.

Farke will not sanction Cresswell to leave for a pittance and nor will he unless there is a suitable replacement for him in this window.
Its very evident that Cresswell is not in Farke’s plans and will be moved on at some point, that’s football.
