For over 50 years Leeds teams have performed poorly late in the season. From the Revie era right up to this year this is true. Why?
I have my own views on the common thread but I'm very interested in other posters' opinions.

Hmm don't recall Revie teams performing particularly badly late on in league especially
The 1972/ 73 season though yes ended badly with defeat in FACup final and European Cup winners final. but we were cheated by a corrupt bent ref in the latter . who was later banned by UEFA.

Revie teams lost way more than they won and massively underachieved with the squad they had. The original bottlers.

Living in a rose tinted version of the past Baz. How many trophies did revie win, compared to how many failures during his tenure? How many league championships in his 13 year tenure for example?

Cuppa he won 2 . he came 2nd many times yes . dodgy Leeds hating refs and FA didn't help ( you should know that from your and Berma bleatings this season about refs)

Arsenal are a very strong talented team but still could miss out again to Citeh yet again ?

Arsenal don't have THE best team though - that's Citeh so they should be winning. Revie should have won the league every year with the team he had and failed far more often than not. Look at the Liverpool, Man U, Chelsea and Citeh dynasties and that is what we should have had. We didn't.
