I’ve got no objections to Bamford playing, if selected.
If he does play and scores a goal or two then it’s better for us that we’ve got players fighting for a start and eager to do well. For sure if Rutter is fit I’d prefer him playing but if it is Bamford and he does deliver, then happy days.
Think the game will be a lot closer than some imagine. No easy games in the Championship.

I’m putting Piroe up top with Bamford behind him then James and Jimmy on the flanks.
The more popular formation I’m hearing is Jimmy behind Piroe with James and Anthony on the flanks.

As long as we start at a good pace I think we should run out winner.
In recent games we have let the tempo drop towards the end of the games.
Brings unnecessary pressure.

I do feel a bit nervy about tomorrow night. I think we are the better team and normally I would be very confident we can win. It's the fact that nearly all their team is fully rested while we are still assessing players coming back from internationals.
That's why I think we to make sure our tempo is good.
It will be fine.

Cal white. Sunny here to mate. Spring and we just had 2 consecutive days over 40 degrees. Not happy.
