A thought about leeds being unpopular as brought up previously.
At one point in the championship dirty leeds had:
1. Ken bates chairman.
2. Neil warnock manger
.3 el haj diof player.
Could we have been anymore likeable?
Who else could we have added?

I think the fans could be added.
Prob back in the day Billy and Norman and jack. Think they were too hard for most.
It comes from way back.
Fans manager and players not liked.
Not sure it’s the same now.
Think manager and players are likeable and a majority of the fans too.

Papa Smurf definitely unpopular
Warnock reasonably likeable character. a bit brash for some certainly a very good Champo manager. Maybe not that popular with some Leeds fans.
EHD . yep. definitely not popular with many
I think there is a rival to these 3
1) Radz/ Orta . unpopular . especially the latter
2) Jesse ' David Brenty' Marsch . became more and more unpopular
3) Big Mac McKennie/ Firpo combo . ugh not that committed. not good . not that likeable . unpopular due to being gash.

Wasn't thinking that exactly baz. I was thinking more of unpopular to other fans and the powers that be.
Who could we have brought in player or managers etc. That would have made us anymore "likeable".
Ie. Robbie "get your bloody hair cut" savage.
To be I've always liked warnock but I know he rubs fans refs and opposition managers up the wrong way.

Unpopular to other fans was Revie and his Legends. yes Leeds were a hard team but so were many other teams.
