Really don't understand the Farke hating on here. Yes we lost a game but Jeez we will lose games in this league - it's not the end of the world. DF made some bold decisions and some calculated risks and it so very nearly paid off. Margins are fine in football and so what if it backfired? He has still not this league TWICE so I trust he knows what he is doing. Ease up, calm down and take a chill pill. Still a learning curve, still a new squad and still improvements that can AND WILL be made.

Well said Alf. a long way to go. All defeats are raw when they're unexpected, which I think Stoke was; coupled with what was a poor showing on the night. At least we go into games under Farke with reasonable expectations.

Alf. Sorry mate. Think you are wrong. Agree he had credentials with Norwich and did well at first. But Leeds bigger and diff ball game. His post match presser was lies and bollocks. Made no sense at all. i'm not a rocket scientist but I am a very good judge of character and personality and this guy is flawed and out his depth. He will not get us promoted.

Yes Farke has won the league twice which is why one expects some much more ; Fatke is really starting to disappoint.
And as for ' bold decisions ' more like ' foolish decisions ' re the line up, the shambolic penalty arrangement ovrrsights, the failed experiment of Piroe at 10 etc
And ' so what if it backfired' ? . try saying that flippant line to your own boss or if you were coach to Marathe

Agree Alf, same guys will be praising him if and when we get promoted. Bielsa is hero worshipped by some get he lost plenty of games and made his fair share of mistakes including playing people out of position.
Hate losing as much as the next guy but for God sake get some perspective. See some on this site singing when we win then the sky is falling in if we lose. Some I think secretly like it when we lose so they can beat the drum, some absolutely wonderful master technicians and championship managers on here!

Baz - I AM my own boss and in running my own business I have made decisions that have backfired on more than one occasion. As long as you make them for the right reasons and with good intentions, provided they don't put the company out of business its a learning curve and you move forward. My business is doing well despite some shaky decisions and Leeds will be the same. One loss hasn't destroyed our season any more than one win makes it.

Farke is in my opinion the best man for the job. The fact that we are a bit inconsistent at the moment is understandable. If a little irritating.
Farke is still getting used to the squad and the squad him.
One or two games could have gone either way this season. Just look at the hull game. So easily could have lost.
Have a look were we are after new year.

Baz mate, can't remember in my post mentioning any names especially not yours. Agree with white-Ben that Farke is the best man for the job. Don't think any Leeds fan enjoys it when we lose, but some do seem to be reactionary to the negative.
Contrary to what a few may think there are no easy games especially in the championship.
