I expected we would go on and score maybe 6 or 7. As you say, the subs weren't very effective, but before they came on the eagerness had gone out of our play. Meslier's cock up summed up a flat second half. I did enjoy my pie and pint at half time though!

There was plenty of "it's only Cardiff. it's only Ipswich. it's only Hull. " after each game against them, but they are all in the playoff positions.
There are no easy games in this league; in our promotion season and the "near miss, " season, we lost to the bottom team home and away in both of those seasons.

Surely the players lost us 6 points, yes the players picked by the coach, but NO 1 will ever know if he had started others v Stoke if we would of won, impossible to know.
