Hoping someone knows the answer to this, if we don't achieve promotion before all the loanees contracts expire do they leave for free leaving us with a massive debt.

No. Only Koch, Bill, and I think Greenwood have expiring contracts.
The rest can only leave if we sell them.

I would have considered Harrison to fill a bit of gap of losing Jimmy but not now he proud Tonian.
Sell all first week of window. Sell all surplus squad second week. Rebuild third week. Sorted.
