Its obvious when the players and agents are back from holidays we will see the signings flood in.

See there’s room in the hot tub of hope for you as well Wex or is it the pit of sarcasm!

19 Jun 2019 21:26:21
You know me better than that Spanish. Rada will be selling before anyone comes in.

19 Jun 2019 22:01:10
What has happened to you Wex? Are you missing Cellino or what?!

19 Jun 2019 21:59:12
Lol. Wex resides in the hot tub of “nope” for now. there’s still time tho! Cheers all! 🍻🤪🤓.

CORKY I see Radz as a failure it's as simple as that had 1 piece of luck in Bielsa and has done nothing since. I said from the get go last season that lack of investment would be our downfall now 3rd was brilliant but means nothing now. I will say it now and hope all here remember that I said it. Bielsa will lose patience with Radz and be gone before December.

20 Jun 2019 08:10:52
Wex, I can understand why you say that. It was always one of my fears with Bielsa 2 if Bielsa and Radz haven’t had a frank enough discussion about what is expected on both sides. I think the risk of him disappearing is 2 fold, not getting the resources agreed in their meetings and or not seeing the results expected early in the season and disenchantment with his approach . It’s in Bielsas DNA, we know that so Radz knows that. If Bielsa is his hope for a cut price trip to the Premiership, Radz has to keep him happy. Let’s see!

That’s MB usual form and state of mind and nothing to do with Radz though

Wasn’t “luck” getting MB they went after him and appointed the highest profile manager since terry vegetable

Probably our highest paid manager

Then bent over backwards to make the changes to eye training complex he wanted

Bringing in players whilst restricted by FFP is what limits signings just as much as the depth of Radz pocket

For the first time in years the ground was full, the club was united and we were in with a real shout

Maybe MB realises what this club and fan base is about and with the board fully behind what he wants to do, he’ll be finishing this job off. That’s my hope. They appear to be on the same page. MB is smart. He know he has to make what he has better and can’t just flash the cash

Sorry, but Radz has done a lot to create that

He deserves a lot of credit.

Was luck that Bielsa got the best out of squad available.

20 Jun 2019 11:07:39
You all see the problems in Radz but think he’s the man what a difference a day makes .

20 Jun 2019 13:28:58
Wex, a man dedicates all his adult life to learning to be the best coach possible
He travels the world in his pursuit of knowledge whilst leaving his loved ones back in his home country
He decides to live in countrys in which he has no discernable knowledge of their language and hence suffers many forms of isolation
And yet he has the strength to keep going, keep learning

. and then comes along a guy, similar to yourself, and says it was LUCK that he improved our squad last year

Wow, way to go with the overly simplistic observations

Biesla, like many of the foreign managers who have come to England and raised our standards of coaching, deserve thanks for the sacrifices they make (and I am sure a retort of they get paid well enough will he replied) . Those guys don't deal in LUCK, they work hard to enable others to improve.

20 Jun 2019 13:29:07
Ooh! What’s an eye training complex?

20 Jun 2019 12:56:17
Statler fishing for an argument.

20 Jun 2019 13:04:31
Yes Statler, I long for the days of Hockaday. That was a coach who knew what he was doing :).

20 Jun 2019 13:46:28
Haha soz Alf

Should read the training complex

No binoculars allowed now 😂.

20 Jun 2019 14:52:26
Do you mind explaining the Statler.

20 Jun 2019 14:55:01
And saying Bielsa was lucky in that the players bought in to his methods players as we know don't always do that and can kick back even the best of managers suffer from players resisting change.

20 Jun 2019 15:11:52
Fair enough Wex, I can see what you mean now. I guess they could have not bought in.

I read your post as Biesla was lucky with the results. I couldn't support that theory. I have been around many guys who have worked long and hard to reach the top (the likes of Lampard and Gerrard and such like get on my nerves when they get high profile positions without the hard work of learning their new craft)

20 Jun 2019 17:12:21
Wex Notts is attempting to convey to you that you are a manic depressive Muppet.

20 Jun 2019 19:23:01
Am I George.
