I’m not sure what the answer is but it’s clear that the way we are setting up etc isn’t going to win games.
Yes the clubs recruitment has badly let Farke down, but his choices of formations/ systems and line ups isn’t helping.
I’m not quite at the Farke out stage just yet but if we get to the next international break with no win and no stark change in goal scoring then surely we have to make the change. Christmas is too late far too late.

I’m not at all sold on this the club let Farke down narrative.
Are we to believe Bielsa had complete control and allegedly over spent 100 of millions where as poor Daniel is a modern day Oliver with his begging bowl held out without any involvement in transfer dealings whatsoever.
Nmecha and DCL are it until Jan at least, would we have been any worse off with Paddy, Largie instead.
Soloman has said on record Leeds didn’t bid for him are we to believe this is against Farkes wishes, but I fully agree Dave a different system gets AO on the pitch yesterday which would have been a significant upgrade on BA.
Farke is paid extremely well he had far and away the best most expensively assembled squad in the championship and delivered fantastically.
We’re not an attractive club for transfer targets but please let’s stop with the victim theories 49ers accounts will clearly show if we spent if all we could.
This is the most dog eat dog division in world football with no place for any sentiment, this possibly the most important season in our recent history, so I truly would be astounded if we waited 10ams for things to come good.
Farke is stubborn like Bielsa but is too conservative in his stubbornness and we need goals to even nick draws so gray over Gruev every single time.
Honestly, offer Oliver Glasner or Iraola £5million a year in January to manage us and he would keep this team up. I get they almost certainly be interested but this is Daniel’s time to prove he can cut it no if buts no more ba was excellent and hidden victim press briefings.

He stated… end of season (first season) I said priority was a replacement for pablo. If no player was found I will walk. Orta brought a number of options to me and costa was my man, my choice (in rough words)

Class I totally agree, I’m just trying to steer myself away from calling Farke out as that narrative upsets a few people who seem to think he’s Revie 2.0.
Farke has been involved in transfers etc so he is just as culpable in my opinion.
It’s him that sets up the team etc.
I am baffled that we haven’t had to only just employed a set piece coach when it’s been an Achilles heel both attacking and defensively for bloody years.
But who is available who might come if and we do make a change?

I’ve just watched £300M worth of strikers spend nearly 100 minutes against a promoted team achieve 3 shots on target, including a penalty. They achieved all that with 81% possession.
We’re 4 matches into the season, aside from 30 minutes against Arsenal, we have so far held our own. We have had more shots on target than against us in that time. Our opponents haven’t scored either, with far more assets at their disposal.
What’s really boring is, fully expecting a hard season, fully expecting it to be difficult to score, and then folks bringing it up every 5 minutes when everything is as expected.
Facts are, no one knows squat about what Farke does and doesn’t get involved in, what money we had to spend etc.

I do support the team Ani, have done all my life and will continue to do so until that time.
And of course we don’t know for certain but surely the whole point of this site is the sharing of different opinions without fear of personal criticism or being cancelled because the persons views do not fit that of your own.
I get it’s boring if it’s continuous (Ohillips/ Bielsa) but the reason I’m concerned is purely historical in that promoted teams already have a mountain to climb before a ball is kicked.
But I’m not going to accept Farkes dystopian world where he now says if BA could attack as well as he defends he would be playing for Barcelona.
I’m not saying Farke out (until we have someone better) and I still don’t think Nuno is an upgrade but I think we have a manager for whatever reason or excuse has an abysmal record in the epl but shipping out Paddy, Largie, and playing BA in front of well a few and not adjusting our formation to better meet our resources gives me genuine concerns and I’m going to call bs when I hear it from DF.
But we’re no less supportive of the team if we have concerns about our coach or would prefer a different line up.

I never said Belisa hasd compete control he asked for the positions and type of players. Then when given a short list he picked the one he wanted. so pretty much compete control
And how was the Belisa not a complete fauilure? Four years and 250 million debt from player purchases. In which time we become such a laughing stock and broke the record for goals conceded in a prem month
Now under farke…. Won more points in championship, had a record breaking season in championship and rather than being 250 million in debt to player sales farke has massively helped balance the books
Only one can be seen as decent and only one can be seen as failure but shortsighted leeds fans can’t see wood for trees.

Class, yes share opinion, but plenty here confuse that with “facts. ”
Facts, we are in the EPL, the toughest league in the world, with an inexperienced team, that fact cannot change for another 4 months, so their is little merit in constantly saying how it must change. There will be no more strikers, no more creative play makers.
Only Farke and the 49’s know the situation. Maybe Largie and Bamford’s going was what had to happen to get Wilson in; it fell through at the end? Who knows? I’m no fan of BA, but maybe he plays him from the start to work their defence, be a nuisance etc. Notwithstanding that, he did pretty well yesterday in my opinion.

Bielsa inherited a bunch of average championship players and made them all better and achieved promotion.
Fake inherited a squad just relegated with players who cost bundles.
Bielsa never had the likes of Rutter Summerville Rodon Ampadu Solomon Piroe to work with in CHAMPIONSHIP.
To be honest we shouldn’t be comparing just lauding the achievements both managers made getting our club back up.
Would nice though if DF can get us to ninth place first season back though.

Totally concur with your post Ani, the reality is it’s going to be a very tough season and in my opinion that has zero bearing on our owners or coach whether we survive or not.
If you really want to believe that our owners have short changed us and that our coach doesn’t have a clue then you will more than likely, no matter what happens this season, believe it.
I couldn’t give a baboons backside what other fans want to believe, I only want to see us survive for another season in the Premiership and what we have is what we’ve got.
There is a chance of survival in my opinion.

Not at all Berm, just to correct your popular misconception Illan never was voted in the team of the year, never, please feel free to post it if you can find it.
My point was about consistency the other day another poster picked you up for something that people constantly pulled Baz up for.
Then Ani referenced moaning as if it’s something new, is it moaning or is it a failure to simply agree to differ on someone else’s post.
I merely pointed out that it becomes tiresome as was the case with your fairly consistent Bielsa and Phillips bashing.
Many times in the past I’ve said to you berm that we’ll have to agree to disagree over Bielsa, who despite your views is still beloved as the messiah by the vast majority of the Leeds fan base.

Reality is OP, the 49’s are the headline act, but truth is, there are plenty of backers who have invested between them $M’s of their own money. The idea that they have some agenda to undermine Farke and put our EPL survival (and their investment) at risk is absolutely bonkers.
They said they would do everything in their power to give us the best chance of succeeding. What’s wrong with folks just accepting that on face value? If it turns out to be enough, well time will tell. Not everything has to be agenda or a conspiracy.
Since the 49’s have had some involvement in our club, we have been in the playoffs twice, won two championships, and now in our 4th EPL season. We shouldn’t need reminding what the 8 years before that was like.

Sorry Class but I still don’t see where the entitlement exists for us is to belong in this league. I also am a huge Bielsa fan but giving Farke grief for example with Aaronson who I do not favour either is a poor jibe at our coach. I’m not sure what choices he actually has ? We have by definition a Championship team to compete in the Premiership, do not be mis guided in the reality in what we have and what our coach has as his bare minimum to deal with.
We all want someone to blame but we must accept our position first.

Mes was in team of the year but it didn’t fit in with the Yorkshire leeds fan narrative so it’s over looked to the point you called me out over it, firstly your wrong secondly as a educated leeds fan how can you not know this? because it don’t fit your narrative

You’re a big honchos on this forum Class and very well respected by most of us here. What you post I believe is absorbed by a lot of our posters.
My point is I think we have to be a little careful and considerate sometimes about our frustrations.
The one thing that really bothers me is the constant, our owners are disrespecting us, i'm very uncomfortable with this notion.
GFH and Ken Bates disrespected us and Radz had good intentions but was totally naive and employed the wrong people to find us success.
There is a difference.
We are in a very privileged and desired position at present being promoted to the Premiership once again, maybe it’s because of our ancient history as a football club that makes us feel that we have entitlement to belong in the Premiership?
The brutal truth is we don’t anymore!
We are no different to Burnley or Sunderland, scrapping for an existence in the elite league.
My problem is with some of our fans who believe we have that entitlement to belong here and that actually for once in our recent history we do have serious owners and a committed coach but they want to disregard them as mere profiteers and denounce our coach for someone who is incapable.
It really infuriates me, we are no more than four games into the season and some of the statements being made are I find, are unbelievable!
What we should be doing is going back to our old siege mentality to survive this league, especially with our fans at Elland rd, all this whining and bickering about how much our club did or didn’t spend is meaningless.
What really counts is the fans wanting and believing that we can succeed in the Premiership, being modest and humble but with that never say die siege mentality. If we can make Elland rd a fortress, we will survive.
I’m not expecting everyone to feel the same way I do but I hope my words may provoke some understanding.

But to change narratives and facts like mes didn’t make team of the year shows lack of class, I don’t believe an educated fan wouldn’t be aware if this fact so like a politician he uses a lie to belittle my other opinions which is bit below the belt
