To replace DF with Nuno would be a harsh move but EPL is a cut throat business and our owners might go for it. Time will tell but too much hesitation will see him off somewhere else. In my mind a difficult decision.

Agree Prime.
It's a game of who is going to blink first.
He won't come to Leeds - our track record of getting people in quickly is awful.
09 Sep 2025 10:05:07
If we are at the PSR limit we can't afford to dump Farke.
09 Sep 2025 11:21:33
Plus he's shown himself to be a bit of a tw⁴t with his little temper tantrum imo. Very good coach, no doubts, but a petulant little sh¹t!

Nuno plays counter attack football, he’s not compatible with our style of possession based attacking football. It would be a one ticket to the Championship if Nuno came to our club, which he probably wouldn’t want to anyhow.
09 Sep 2025 12:51:09
Bright - the same could be said about Bielsa with the temperment!
09 Sep 2025 13:20:49
Maybe change of style opti. Our tactics did well v Arsenal eh. Let’s stick to that.

We were always going to lose at the Emirates Aus and the scoreline just reflected the undeniable reality of the chasm in quality between a top Premiership team and a newly promoted Championship one.
I like the way we play our football and it’s a decent compromise from Marcelo’s uber press football which we were all massively entertained by.
Yes, Nuno has had some sort of success with Wolves and Forest but that was by being handsomely backed by both owners. Less so by Levy’s Spuds where he failed miserably.
There’s only two coaches that with a remotest chance of coming to our club that i would want Farke to leave for would be Iraola or Glasner.
The only thing Nuno would achieve at our club right now is certain relegation!
09 Sep 2025 15:02:58
Why would we sack farke? No one outside of leeds would think that’s even a resonable comment or idea.
09 Sep 2025 15:44:14
Why are even having this discussion now? Come back in November.
09 Sep 2025 17:52:04
Why indeed JR.
09 Sep 2025 20:23:12
Aus is on form!
“We were always going to lose to Arsenal” If we think that way why bother playing a full team! Unbelievable statement OP.
09 Sep 2025 21:58:10
What are you trying to say Cork?
10 Sep 2025 07:55:03
Let me put it to you in another way Cork, i'm sure you’re a man who makes an occasional visit to the bookies. So as a man who perhaps likes to put some hard cash down on a bet let’s say on Arsenal vs Leeds at the Emirates. If I gave you a thousand quid which you can either put in your pocket, or put it on a Leeds win or draw for that matter on that match, what would you have done?
I will always believe we can win a game even if the odds are stacked well against us because rarely you do get surprise results and that’s football. But I won’t be putting any of my hard earned money on it! and on the same hand that won’t stop me cheering on my team.
Just to give you some perspective of how I see things concerning our team, you may see things differently, that's your choice.
10 Sep 2025 09:09:48
Fair op o think that’s a good point well made.
10 Sep 2025 10:48:53
I’m saying that every game is a chance to get points no matter who you are playing.
I don’t get your betting analogy? Having a wager you have to sum up the odds and chance of success. Teams aren’t looking at odds. They are playing to get points every game and not thinking it’s Arsenal this weekend and we are going to lose!
10 Sep 2025 11:49:54
As I’ve already said Cork, you will probably see it differently to the way I do, wasn’t expecting you to agree with me.
I just disagree when another fan seemingly questions the support I give my team. Especially when I read of the incessant negativity towards our club on here it does come across as a bit rich.
10 Sep 2025 12:05:04
The person who said “We were always going to lose to Arsenal” is an ordinary fan like you or I (no offence OP) and as such is entitled to his opinion. DF of anyone else at LU did not, would not say such a thing. They go into every game hoping go win even when the odds are stacked heavily against them. Arsenal spent £280m in the transfer window against our £105m on top of their already impressive squad so our chances were small, and so it proved.
10 Sep 2025 14:47:41
As a lowly insignificant Leeds fan it was my opinion that Leeds were very likely not to get a result at Arsenal.
I would be mortified if Farke or his players mentioned not getting a result even if in the back of their minds they knew it would be a very tough task.
Your point is soundly made JR.
