Seems a lot of money for a FB who many Foxes fans regard as the third best at the club and the headline at Leicester is that they've "offloaded him for £10m". As he's one year left on his contract I would have thought £6m would have been nearer his value. He has performed well earlier in his career but seems to have gone backwards. Hopefully he can get back to his previous level.

£10 million (£8+2 I read) for a 27 year old with EPL experience and the ability to play both sides, and captain of his club.
For comparison remember Chelsea ladies captain must be worth £35million based on their sale price.
On a more serious note based on DJs form gives us the option of playing Bogle in front of Justin.

Dawned if they do, damned if they dont. You can't win with some. l folk. When they don't get a player because he doesn't want to come, then it's the fault of the board. When they do get someone, then they've paid too much for him.
They've signed someone, good news. He's better than Schmidt, so that's an upgrade.

Was recently on the cusp of an England call up and could be again. JJ is a much better player than some give credit.

It's another odd one this! At many points in time this window, the clamour has been "just pay the effin money / pay whatever it takes! ". now it's "oh, we've overpaid for him! "
