Refreshing to hear different names for a change, (most I was unaware off) right ages and proven at good level, with added bonus of being adaptable to a new coach whenever this comes.
Macalister unlikely as Potter, has spoken how long he had followed him and wanted him at Brighton.

McGilligan has at least, as he says, done a bit of research to come up with players we haven’t been linked with, for which he deserves some credit. Alexis MacAllister was someone I hoped we might look to get before Brighton snapped him up. You’d hope he’d wish to work under his compatriot Bielsa, but not sure Brighton would want to sell him. Suggestions seem to be that Cole Palmer is likely to get more minutes at Citeh in the second half of the season (particularly with Ferran Torres having been moved on, rather than being in the picture again after his injury lay-off) so Pep would possibly resist any attempt to secure the lad on loan.
Not sure we should be interested in Ibrahim Sangare - he is certainly a beast of a CDM who theoretically would be a great addition, but at this crucial time do we really want to be signing anyone who is likely to be involved in the latter stages of the Africa Cup of Nations and therefore unlikely to join up with the squad until the second week of February.
Luca Netz would potentially seem to be a very decent addition capable of stepping up in place of Firpo but are Monchengladbach likely to let him go, having only brought him in from Hertha this summer? Burkhardt looks to be doing well for Mainz, but unlikely they would wish to sell their leading goal scorer and not sure why he’d swap being an almost guaranteed starter slot in a Bundesliga side for possible bench time in the Prem. At least if we tried for Brereton, while Blackburn wouldn’t want to sell him, he might be attracted by the step up to the Prem, as well as working with Bielsa.

When oh when is this reckless behaviour of our fans going to stop, throwing coins at goal keepers, is only going to work one way a big fine, money that could be use to buy players or help towards it not as if we need any help to losing points just hope no action will be taken it won’t take much for the FA to do something.
