Think you'll find current style of play AT HOME is simply inapplicable or inappropriate as opposed to warrants improvement. The more pressing issue is when will Bielsa realize we're preparing against Championship opponents not Barcelona.

mind you league is so close if results go a certain why on Saturday we could be 9th and then it is panic stations. come to think of it, mentioning the league this early in the season. might be just about as pointless as questioning if MB will ever change his style and line up.

When it’s so tight in the top half, why would it become “panic stations� In fact, while we are still top, why is it even panic stations now? Look at that horrible, little Midland club that got promoted last year, that has no real identity, and where they were at Xmas!

i believe the panic stations is due to the nature of the performances (or the shortcomings in them) , the nature of the results and the patterns in keep making the same mistakes
i think we have lived a charmed life so far this season and the luck can not run forever. We are a CB injury away from a crisis and MB teams always fall off at xmas and our performances so far have not been great so imagine if they fall off
all vaild reasons with sound data to back it up. its like the opposite od D-reams things can only get better for leeds it seems as the season goes on things only ever get worse and this year is a lot less impressive than last year for me.

Bermo you may be right to (panic) in your own way. History has taught us never to be complacent. I only hope that any CB suspension/ injury is amply covered by the emergence of a new superstar in Pascal Struijk. I too have voiced certain concerns but it is difficult arguing against the top spot.
My real worry is the lack of bite up at the other end. The lack of scorelines that should come with the dominance we are displaying. Presently I am in the camp that feels BamBam is working his socks off, getting in positions but it just is not rolling for him. It will fall for him and the floodgates will open. In the meantime we seem to have a bit of a goal machine sitting on the bench. How you accommodate both is a question to ponder.

Oh yea and best of luck getting past security and getting out of bexley wing after. Yea we didn’t win last yr but am I the only one who remembers it’s a 5 YEAR PLAN.

Thanks for clarification about the queen. I was all for the plan but the best chance is now, don't think it will be as good next season. Much better than last year too. I like Paddy as a player, he works, he drags defenders out of the way, he's got a bit of pace but scoring is a problem for him. I've taken not to Paddy bash but to argue for support, a partnership to be developed with Eddie. I see it as killing two birds because at home we just don't score enough playing too much pretty possession stuff. It's not my patience as such. I just think our home style is plain wrong. Away from home though, I do applaud Bielsa's system and tactics.

I like the lad what i have seen but let's be honest he won't play this year as he has been prefered by MB by others
any injury or suspention will be covered by beradi. as it was last year and this in the league and cup. the manager clearly don't rate the lad if he think beradi is better than him.
I can see a similar thing happening when graham left and o'leary come in and started playing these amazing kids
i can see a new manager coming in sooner or later and playing stuick, edmondson, bugatus, stevens etc. and us all going crazy as i think they have some real talent.

I don't believe that the 5 yr plan was to get to the Prem - it was to get to the Prem, stay up and start pushing toward being a top 8 team. If we don't go up this season that looks to be at risk. to get the ROI he wants (£300m) , AR needs to get us up and stay up at least one season within that 5 yr timescale so that gives us this season or at the very very least next season for promotion. whether he will sell at that point I guess depends on how much he is making staying on as chairman and how much he is enjoying it vs the sale value.
