It's very simple if MB continues playing the same brain dead team with Berardi or Dallas for Alioski, we have little chance of succeeding in the play offs! He needs to make some changes ( though not wholesale ) and some serious reinvigoration but I'm not sure it's in his DNA to do it . Some of his recent substitutions compared to the brilliant inciteful ones earlier in the season that turned games have also been highly dubious . Even before Alioski's injury he needed to sort the left hand side . Harrison bar some glimpses ( Millwall, Wendies ) I'm sorry is not a promotion quality winger . I say play him or Davis at left back . Pablo can play anywhere so switch him to left wing allowing Shack to be unleashed ahead of Ayling down the right . Finally give Roofe the next two games to find his touch benching little lord Fauntleroy. That team gives us a chance!

Who could say, at the start of the season, we could possibly be where we are now? I’m a positive one, and I expected top 6 at best, and we’ve over delivered!
But yeah, I’m now going to show that I’m a better manager, with more nouse than MB, by telling him what to change, and who to change, and why.

Bright, as I’m sure you know by now, I’m with you! Cracks me up sometimes . Just as it’s easy to run the country from the pub bar it’s the same with Leeds. At the start of the season who thought Norwich, Sheffield and us would be battling it out at the top. Villa, change manager, wba, change manager, Forest, change manager, Pullis hanging on for now! Battling for automatic, play offs guaranteed, not bad. Under 18s 2nd has on goal difference, under 23s, top of their league, semis of the premier league cup! Clearly a club in crisis, crap leaders, crap coaches, lucky players!

Spaniard The country IS being run from a pub bar. Brexit! Bub has made errors. Don't get me wrong though. He knows more about game than me but at any rate his underuse of Shacks utterly criminal.

Georgie, everyone has made errors, even some of the fans posting their predictions on here!
Actually I think Brexit proves the point, much easier to pontificate from the sidelines than it is to actually deliver within the constraints of the parliamentary system in which everyone has to work! Same with the Chairman and Coaches, easy to criticise when we’re never going to be in those positions! If we were we would probably make a few errors ourselves, even you and me!
Too be fair when I’ve seen Shackleton making under 23 appearances, he’s not really stood out for me. But he does seem to have been caught a bit between the two squads. It will be interesting to see what next year holds for him, perhaps a loan?

Who would know we would be where we are now at the start of the season. Well I for one think we are going to be promoted every season. I also believe we are going to win both cups the champions league and beat all our opposition. I believe we are going to buy all the best players out there and win most games to nil and break all records. But I'm a glass half full guy.

Guys I’m certainly not suggesting I or any of us or most of the managers in the country for that matter could do a better job than MB who I love . But fans through out the generations have as part and parcel of supporting their team’s loved to play manager and put their team selections forward . Suddenly when MB is seen as some kind of god or messiah it’s seen as blasphemy! Much as I love my Mrs doesn’t mean there aren’t moments when I question her or am frustrated by her decisions . As a long suffering Leeds Fan I like most of us who want to win and wanted automatic am frustrated by where we find ourselves now after seeing the sunny uplands of the premier league so close to our grasp just two games ago . I also think most of us see the left hand side has been inadequate or certainly inferior to the right all season long . The Roofe suggestion also makes so much sense . Give him a chance before the play offs to get his fire back and rest Bam who seems mentally shot at the moment . A double win . The Shackleton issue is more moot . Who knows if he can make the difference based on limited substitute appearances . Clarke was similar and has shown he’s not ready although there are mitigating circumstances . But if the choice is Shackleton or Harrison I don’t see it as tough certainly not for the next two games . I’m not MB but as a passionate and at the moment frustrated fan I have my opinions and isn’t airing them here what this site is for .

chill lads, let's agree to differ eh? I'm on the fence with this one, Bub's not done anything wrong this season, some might say different but the fact of the matter is we are 3rd in the league, qualified for the playoffs (at least) with more or less a mid-table squad. It hurts to not be winning the league but, as people keep saying, it ain't over till it's over :)

Spaniard But Shacks has notably impressed in the first team, hasn't he? That's what really counts. He has a great burst of energy and has been chronically underplayed.
