I believe Bielsa chose Leeds Utd because of its status, a once big club with a big pationate fan base and many other elements Bielsa configured even the local people before choosing to build a club from the bottom in his style without any pretentions attached.

He has not been able to do that at any of the other clubs he’s been at and thus has not had the time to build a club in his mould with his ideals. Not forgetting Radz is a very ambitious businessman, I’m sure Bielsa has laid down his format as a coach in how he can make Leeds United successful again.

Radz buys into this ideal and everybody is singing from the very same hymn sheet.

He walks in to Spurs tomorrow and he’ll be under massive pressure from word off to deliver a trophy within one season.

I think Bielsa has finally found his way to find success at a club. You can be guaranteed Bielsa will not be leaving Leeds Utd any time soon.

More importantly we don’t want him to leave.

My thoughts exactly OP.

OP Guaranteed too strong a word. There are few guarantees in life. However, I can see Leeds being Bub's last club before retiring. Think he will be with us and then finally leave in 2024.

OP

Thats a very interesting theory, and you know I am a true believer in the way the club is being run these days.
After all the years of mismanagement and asset stripping at our club I am just grateful to have people at the club who have honour running through them

Buying back of Elland Road.
Investing in very expensive coaching team.
Buying a £10m player when the previous high was £1m.
Giving a contract to an injured and out-of-contract Beradi
These are just a few class acts that make me very proud of the club as a whole. And this is before I even look at the playing staff and results.

If I was Bielsa I would love to be involved in such a business.

George, I can play with the words if you like, assured, protected in the knowledge that., sure-fire.
It’s all the same, like you said it’s very likely Leeds will be his last club. If Bielsa can bring a trophy to the club and set Leeds up as a potential top six Premiership club, it’s mission accomplished in his career.

Axe

It’s very clear for all to see that Leeds United is finally being managed and nurtured correctly into a serious Premiership contender. Will we be a great club again,? only time will tell.
But what I am assured by is that time is being allowed to make this, our club, to evolve into a potentially successful club.

Absolutely Alf, I was a supporter when Fotherby and Silver were at the helm but I didn't appreciate how lucky we were

Fortunately I have now (allegedly) experienced the illusionist that was Ridsdale, the incompetence that was Krasner, the dishonesty that was Bates, the greed that was GFH and the madness that was Cellino so I feel in a good place to look cynically at our management.

However, and maybe naively, I really appreciate how they are running my club. I am PROUD to be a Leeds supporters and its not just about a successful team.
