Although Koch has not adapted fully yet, I don’t think it’s a time to panic about our defense. Same goes for Cooper not forgetting he has been out injured!
This season is not about finishing in the top six or top half of the table it’s about staying in the Premiership and developing and bettering the squad every season. Koch, Cooper and Llorente are all going to need time. Don’t forget we are missing KP, it’s unfortunate that we couldn’t capture BW because I think he deputized well in KP’s absence . We all hope players adapt straight away but it doesn’t always happen like that. Bielsa ball is unique and it must be very challenging for any newbie.
On a note on Cooper, perhaps where he lacks in headers, he does make up in tackle success rate, as far as I know it’s over 80%, one of the highest in the Premiership.
No panic from where I’m sitting, the defensive deficiencies will get better.

Def. staying up the aim. By jan we will have Koch and loriente settled and hopefully working well together. Once we stay up we will then have sufficient funds to add to the squad. Steady as she goes!

30 BIG, BIF matches to come ideally with all our best players available.
This season all about staying up so really must stop conceding the first goal in matches as we invariably lose when we do.
Still wondering if we will be in the bottom 6.

If you watch and we concede first the you might as well turn over and watch the Man U game. It will be the same defeat, but at least it's them losing (again) .

Its going to be a tough old season. Hopefully we have enough quality to stay up and build ourselves up over time. Avoiding more injuries is the key.

sorry you can't get me with Cooper. said before stats can be misleading. the guy is just not very good.
stats are misleading but results are not as misleading
with him in the team we have conceded (I think) 4,3,4, (something like that)
without him we have conceded (0,0,1) something like that
very damming. he was known as league one Liam for a reason.
