Bazooka Reading your most recent post on Banter 2, you seem to think you are living in an ideal world. Bielsa needs to adapt to what has been provided. Do I think he's been shortchanged by Radz? Yes, slightly. The problem is there's been little to no adaptive reaction from him in terms of style. Yes, James was the answer but he didn't get him. One of the first things you are taught in the military or by a serious employer is to adapt to your environment. In other words, "🎠for courses". This is why we beat WBA but lose to Charlton and Millwall. Bielsa used to do his version of adapting (spying) but it was deemed unsporting. Ever since then our form has been not much better than mid-table. I advocate a more natural adaptation such as amending formation to cope with the various threats each opponent offers instead of the 70% possession, only 2 clear cut chances a game and then hoping Paddy can stick them or even just one away chestnut. You're certainly entitled to your opinion including the right to name call Berm and I and presumably Chris Chris. You can even worship the Argentine if you wish. Yes, you touched a nerve. It's because I love my club and want what's best for them. Differing opinions as to how that's done. You can hope, think and act like a mega rich owner is the answer but whilst we've never had such an owner in our century existence to date, I'll keep myself grounded while others are free to fire bazookas into the clouds and hope to ensnare a purple unicorn emblazoned with "4-1-4-1 formation rules ok, you just need mostly world-class players and I can help with that". Simples.

Well said george, nothing wrong with saying it how you see it mate. Looking at Radz Twitter post, lots of Leeds fans now calling him out on the lack of investment. Maybe he will react and buy a centre half in January maybe (more than likely) he won't. Bielsa may also be the best coach we've had for awhile, but even the best lose their edge and eventually fail. Don't agree with all your posts George but you speak sense most of the time.

You know I am with Spanish (glass half full) but with a shot of realism on the side.
Don't actually want a billionaire owner if I am honest. I want this owner to just loosen the purse strings ever so slightly and buy 2 marque signings a season and I will overlook the others being bought cheap and sold expensive (but just to be straight Radz didn't buy either Janssen, Clarke or Roofe so he can't use them as examples of that philosophy, and I can't think of any Radz purchases that have worked out that way? )

Bieksabud yes of courss Radz has not done anywhere near enough in the transfer windows . a huge missed opportunity in January in particular .

Bielsabud, Even I'd agree with that. Does not change the fact that Bielsa is too stubborn for our good.

all it required was Radz to invest in better players and actually buy what was required last January. a wide player and another striker . it didn't require 'mega bucks ' . but Radz showed little intent as was proven by not actually buying again any players in the summer. Radz is sitting on huge player transfer sales income . that is the real issue you and Leeds fans should focus on.

i agree about rads and like wex was judgemental of him. but i think the point we are missing is this.
the teams going up haven't invested either. fine to blame rads if cardiff, norwich and sheff utd all spent 100 million but they didn't we spent more than all of them. so why ain't we going up? I look at the manager if wilde and warnock can get poor teams up on a tenner why can't belisa get leeds up on fifty quid?
