My list of Rads successes and failures -

1 Buying back Elland Road ( despite the structuring of the deal ) .

2 Continuing to improve the Club's finances ( job started by Massimo) .

3 Getting in MB and retaining him for another year .

4 Retaining most of our key playing assets up to now ( Chris Wood was determined to leave and Viera has not been badly missed ) .

1 Failing to retain Monky boy . Despite the tail off that season he was a good and proven Champ manager who did great with the resources at his disposal and made some great signings - Pablo, Roofe, Pontus and Ayling - better than all of Orta's put together .

2 Hiring Christiansen .

3 Hiring Hecky .

4 Giving Orta too much licence on player recruitment. Despite some good under 23's, only successful hires for first team in two years - Klich and arguably Alioski . The full list of poor signings is too long to write here . The Chris Wood money was wasted on a load of dross such as Cibicki, Anita, Grot, Ekuban, De Bock and the jury is still out on last Summer's signings Bam and Douglas . Casilla also a big error . The buck must stop at Rads for this .

5 He's clearly potless . Evidenced by lack of net spend in first team and bad deal with 49ers selling 25% of Leeds for £10m .

6 Disastrous Jan 2019 transfer window, buying no outfield players, a goal keeper who pretty much cost us promotion ( Wigan and Derby screw ups ) and comical over negotiating of DJ deal .

RHC, excellent posting mate.

In conclusion, I feel he’s been a 6.5 / 10 owner . A good interim custodian in between Massimo and some one with more funds to take us back to where we belong . I will give him the benefit of the doubt until I see what transpires in this window, but I’m not overly optimistic that there will be a sea change to a net spend on the first team . I won’t be happy if he sells a major asset to merely fund short term loans . Although it seems many on this forum will be . He’s been very good at managing down our expectations unfortunately.

Number 1 on your list is a fairytale. which when the time comes will be there for all to see.

don’t really agree with number 1 on both lists (Monk has done nothing since he left but he did make some good signings) but spot on with a lot of the rest particularly Orta and his hopeless signings.

Good postings RHC.

Fair posts RHC. Only part I truly disagree with is regarding Monk, as I feel he left the way he did, because he thought he would be employed by a big PL club, and believed his own hype, and look where that ended up.

RHC all we can do is wait, watch and hope for the best, also with you on the asset front, hope he keeps Clark.

Good post Red but I would put Alioski in the failures column. Can't wing it as a winger and can't defend as a defender.

George, everyone else thinks that RHC is just your 'nom de plume' on your second phone. the special phone. as RHC is too similar to you

Only joking mucka.

Axe I can assure you I really do exist and am more than just Georgie’s imaginary friend! LOL.

Even that comment is just like me. We got to meet bro!

One day we will brother it’s inevitable!

Inevitable is one of my favourite words. I'd love a summer 2020 promotion beer garden party with everyone from site with full t. v. coverage. Could be quite an event. Radz can pay.

Talking to yourself is the first sign of madness, they used to say. I do it all the time.

Easy Georgie Rads will “ inevitably “ say it contravenes EFL FFP RULES if he contributed!
