The oliticaly correct use of female presenters and expert analysis on the main TV channels during the Euros is embarrassing.

The TV-friendly, yet vacuous, ex England Woman's internationals who postuer as knowledgeable pundits are doing a disservice to their gender.
I had never heard of Emma Hayes prior to this coverage, but I think she is showing herself to be one of the most knowledgeable pundits on either channel. She certainly adds more value than the plethora of pundits, of both genders, who only repeat what a more intelligent pundit has just said and add no value.
I am glad that we are getting to see an intelligent female pundit rather than "eye candy" parrots. I hope Emma gets more opportunities. After all Leon Osman has shown you don't have to look tv-friendly to get an opportunity on a major channel
My only gripe is she is so southern in her speech. My northern ear associates it with boring Ian Wright at the moment.
