Sean Dyche has been sacked.

The more turmoil the better. going to be a nervy last 12 games for a lot of teams.

Rob Edwards is safe at Wolves as they plan for the Championship but if Burnley had lost last night I think that Parker would have gone. Fans have been very unhappy with his caution, even last season.
That might have given him some breathing space but the availability of Dyche isn't going to make Parker feel any more secure.

Pity that because he would have relegated Forest. Could be Frank to Forest who will be in my opinion a much better coach for the players they have.
12 Feb 2026 08:25:07
I suppose it just about gives the new guy enough time but my goodness, what a mess at Forest - especially when you consider what they achieved last season.
I'd rather see them stay and either West Ham or Spurs go, far too many London clubs in the Prem!

Maranakis apparently talking the the former wolves manager pereira, him of 2 points from 10 games. you couldn't make it up, guess they might be sunk now. Dyche record was over a point a game while at forest, mistake to get rid in my opinion.

We're at 15, 16 and 17 have just sacked their managers, 19 is on notice, 13 is leaving at the end of the season (if he lasts that long) . Rumour is that Florists are looking at Pereira fresh from his failure at Wolves. Where next for Frank and Dyche? Complete and utter turmoil, which could work to our advantage. ??.

Forest were 11th in the form table, if Dyche had started the season forest would be safe (r) and he has the highest win percentage of any manager under the greek manager, mainiackus.
West ham will pull themselves out of it and the last relegation spot is between forest and spurs.

And maybe Palace and Brighton.

Sacked exactly seven days after he was up for manager of the month award…. its a funny old game someone once said.

Think your right mot. Said the same this morning. Hope you are right too xx.

I’m glad our owners don’t have a knee jerk reaction to sacking their coach and succumbing to the noise of the masses.
12 Feb 2026 12:13:27
Quite pleasing to see the carnage all around when we were the side predicted to be the ones who would struggle, long may it last UTWDTP to Leeds wrecking crew.

I'm glad we didn't sack Farke we would be in the same turmoil as the clubs around us.
Looked what happened last time we went down . Brenty Marsh had to go but to sack 2 managers unreal!

Staffswhite Ever thought of all those clubs bring in new manager and surviving the dread drop and us not getting the points we need boot on the other foot to somebody on here.

Don’t really understand the affection and praise that Shaun Dyche gets. Forest fans are happy that he’s gone, he was brought in to better their position in the league and he managed to lift them from 18th to 17th in four months.
With the players Dyche had at his disposal which without doubt it’s the best team he has inherited in the Premiership with some very decent players in it was incapable of advancing Forest no more than one position.
I don’t rate him as a Premiership coach and I can’t understand why Premiership clubs still employ him?
For me he’s no better than let’s say Chris Wilder and he’s not Premiership coach.
Being popular with the media doesn’t make you a good Premiership coach.
