There’s no way in hell it’s £40m, there were rumblings a last week he was being touted around at £25m.
I’d definitely take him over Dovbyk.
There aren’t many who fit the profile we seem to want.

Wolves responded with, we have a lot of interest.
Speculating here, it’ll be one that comes to fruition (if at all) towards the back end of the window once wolves know of all interest and bids. Then will sell at whatever price they can get if they know there premier fate is all but sealed as they know it’ll be more than they will get in summer as a championship club.

Newcastle were trying to buy him in the summer for over €50 mill so if he can be got for around €30 million it’s a no brainier.
The lad scored 14 EPL goals last season!
If we want to be a serious competitive club we need competition in all areas.
