Just looking on transfermarkt at top players out of contract this summer. definitely a few to maybe look at.
Emerson royal -real betis
Hakan calhanoglu -AC Milan
Santos Borre- River plate
Obviously there’s more like Draxler Dupay etc but these 3 just stood out to me.

We never seem to go for out of contract players- not sure why as I'm sure some of them could do a job.

Alf, I’m pretty sure all 5 mentioned would be first team squad more likely starters. Maybe it’s the wages but that’s offset by no fee!

Yeah often signing on fee and agent fees makes up the defesit that a transfer fee would normally fill plus sometimes these players are just looking for one final pay day and maybe don't have the desire to run and run like Bielsa needs them to.
