1) Midfield needs urgent strengthening to help Klich
Orta, Bielsa Radz clearly identified central midfield as an area that needed strengthening with them almost but for a 'failed' medical by French player Michael Cuisance.
For me it is imperative that they sign a cm in the Jan window. Make an offer that is too good to turn down for cash strapped clubs.
2) Leadership: players who drive the team on
This time last year we had a Leader in Pablo ( one year younger) driving the team on striving to score the winning goal in matches
Now with Pablo on the bench, for me we have no real Leader types on the pitch perhaps onlt Ayling at a push : we certainly need more leader types in the team/ squad.

Sorry Baz, Much as I love Pablo, time has caught up. Seems off the pace, I expected him to tear Crawley apart with his passing, he was awful. Did nothing today. Blips we hope, because, his usual performance is what is needed now.

Yes AGM agreed time has caught up with Pablo it seems
we need a younger Pablo type in positive leadership/ attitude, determination and talent goals and assists for a full 90 mins each game.
