I might be wrong but I think after a year Bielsa has a very clear view on all of the existing players. We know the research he did on White so imagine what he does with those all around him. I suspect that he has decided that Miazak, Huffer and possibly Struick, Kun and yes Edmondson are only to be used in extreme emergencies! The ones he is bringing in this year, I would think match his requirements more at first team and under 23 levels. I think the tall French guy will be number 2 otherwise can’t think why you would buy him and is that 2/ 3 young strikers we have bought this summer. Wouldn’t surprise me if Edmundson goes out on loan. Struick probably kept around as an emergency cover unless we bring in another CB at the last minute. I think Bielsas requirements are tough, for example each player capable of 3 roles, Edmundson really does one and that in a certain way!

Villa game moved to Friday night, to suit tv, never mind the problems this creates for fans who travel from all over the country. Plus I'd booked my hotel for Saturday ealier in the week! Were not famous anymore.

Couple of good signings (I hope) in Stewart and Kebe, some wide play, lots of pace. sweet.
Smith and Rossco Mac should have a field day with the service.
Another front man to add to the squad would be great, get Shaun Goater out of retirement. Feed the Goat and he shall score! or failing that Mr Le Fondre would be good

How is it after halftime with DF the team is a shadow of the team in the first half?
{Ed025's Note - because he asks for high intensity from the start AGM and that is not sustainable over 90+minutes mate, the better teams will pass it around a lot more especially early on to conserve energy then up the tempo when needed as the opponent tires, his plan seems to be to get a lead then hang on for dear life..

I understand that Ed, so why not make changes earlier? I know squad depth is poor, but need to try something or we are done.
{Ed025's Note - yeah i think the substitutions could be earlier AGM, but Willy is only just getting over a hernia operation and although DJ seems to make an immediate impact his final ball is usually woeful mate, the guys who are on the bench are there for a reason and im sure DF sees more of them than us and makes an informed decision on who can contribute what, now whether anyone else can do better with this squad i dont know...we may soon find out if results dont improve..

Do not believe our team are the fittest team in this league by far, although agree with Ed025’s earlier posts about the quality of our current squad.
However, Farke seldom if ever makes proactive subs (Emery made two at half time, which improved them) and yes we did give a lot first half, but you’re allowed five substitutions in the epl and we seldom if ever use five and hardly ever proactively, and nearly always after 70 mins or chasing the game in last five minutes.
Throw in repeatedly picking BA, over better options.
I believe Daniel has found his level does not exceed the championship, teams who started out with no more money than ourselves, Palace, Bournemouth prioritised and secured the one main signing above all others……the coach.
People often say a changing the coach would not improve this group of players, if this is true how many believe Glasner, Iraola (both relatively unknown and zero epl experience) could do better than Daniel currently is?
Is it therefore impossible that there might not be a better option out there, we’re not remaining in this league with Daniel and his refusal to change his methods. imo.
{Ed025's Note - im sure there is better out there CO92, the problem is that with this current squad and what seems very frugal owners would anyone of note want to take the job on and put their career on the line mate?, yes Leeds are a big club with great history but myself i feel it would be more an up and coming championship manager or maybe a foreign unknown who would be the ones who would jump at the chance...but its a gamble, one that may have to be taken though..

You can't do that Alf, it wonn't let you. I try to time it for bang on start of sale time, sometimes it will say site closed and have to start over again. It really is a lottery. If you scroll down a little it shows the ticket status, good limited or sold out, as bar showing time left counts down. Good luck for Hammers tickets.
