IF IF IF the premier league gets finished surely the bottom 3 are down, and down on merit. It is then nothing to do with them whatever formula, fair or unfair decides who is promoted.

Agree2 Disagree0

Indeed . logically. and one presumes legally

And Brighton and Norwich imho have brought tbe game's sporting integrity into very serious disrepute with such macavellian suggestions and should have already been charged by the FA as such

FA needs to show NOW it REALLY
is the guardian of the game's sporting integrity.

Good posts baz and white.

I wonder if any German Clubs have been moaning AKA Brighton and Norwich? I very much doubt it.

Now that the Scottish premiership has just called a halt to the season with naming Celtic as champions and relegation from that division, wonder if it will set a precident with other leagues around Europe. Might just make a few of the teams in the EPL calling for null and void go a bit quiet!

18 May 2020 13:44:41
Harry Redknapp now having his say regarding null and void saying anything can happen in the last 9 games, well what about the 37 that have already been played Harry?

Indeed Mezzer.

Too many precedents now. Not really a thing.
German, Scottish, French, Dutch Belgian (and on and on) all doing their thing so basically a governing body can do whatever they want and that is that.
Of course legal action may change something but otherwise that's it.
Good news is all the talk from FA etc is that their will be promotion/ relegation, we just have to do the business when allowed to.

Absolutely very good point LUFCfeath what indeed about the ( 80% of the season 37 games out of 46 definitive results as opposed to the 20% of remaining games)

HAS BEEN Harry should stick to messing around pretending to be a so called 'celebrity 'in the Australian ' Jungle'

18 May 2020 20:42:43
Oh yeah and of course one should not forget Harry's beloved former teams who he managed and played for : namely Bournemouth and West Ham.

Of course Bournemouth and West Ham both being in the relegation places/ bottom six entirely
likely to be influencing his completely biased opinion and completely at odds with sporting integrity if there were to be no relegation from a closed shop premier league this season.

Stinks Harry!
