Wet Sham losing today makes this a great opportunity to open up a 6 point gap on them. However, history tells us that it is just such a time that we often manage to screw up and not capitalise on the situation. Hope we manage to do it right this time, a scruffy 1:0 and 3 points will do just fine. ?.

Like you I've been critical of BA in the past, but he's been good tonight. His work rate has always been good, but he's helped keep Palace pinned back tonight. Maybe there's hope for him yet.

He's not a winger, and i think that's why he was exposed to so much criticism before. His harrying is more effective in the middle, and he recycles the ball quickly to keep things fluid. It's nice to see him get some credit for a good performance, because as you say, his effort is never in question.
