This morning, as a Platinum Member I went onto the ticket site well before official opening time and waited. 45 mins later I had a ticket in my "Basket" and onto the payment screen, ready to confirm my credit card CVC number and the basket mysteriously emptied itself. No ticket for the Villa game. What happened to all the tickets allocated for the members? No doubt some Corporate Fat Cats got there first!

Same happened to me but got 2 tickets at 1400 this afternoon.

My tickets fell out of bed too meant to be going with a events company who this time were told no sir not issuing any tickets due to high demand WELL DISAPPOINTED as they have always got tickets.

And the only remaining tickets are in the family area. Does that mean if your child isn’t a member too you can’t get them a ticket?
