Farke's dramatic turnaround in his pro activity towards his previously rigid tactics and predictable poor game management is truly remarkable and long may it continue.

Thankfully for all Leeds fans and himself I think he has finally seen the error of his ways and has grown as a person and improved his standing as being regarded now as good enough to remain in charge and earnt the right through his own merits to spearhead our survival campaign.

Prior to these last couple of games and half a game at Man City where his transformation began he was rightly criticised for his many failings so don't let's conveniently forget that and try and sweep it under the carpet as some posters on here have chosen to do.

Infact it is the overwhelming pressure from supporters like myself to change his ways or else be replaced that made him as a last resort play a more direct style that proved us all to be correct for suggesting so but his changes against Liverpool were his call and I was very impressed the way the team adapted with twenty odd minutes to go to a 4 4 2 and was cheering from the rafters like everyone else when we equalised.

So I am perfectly able to say I was wrong to say that Farke will never be an EPL quality coach because since the second half at Man City he has shown he is but before that he certainly wasn't but now it appears we are watching a new Leeds this season so what's past is past and we all move forward, united and enjoy this exciting new revolution.

Excellent post CW, I decided to take each game as it comes, (cliche I know) once it became clear board weren’t going to act.

Think Citeh was a turning point, despite the defeat and in a nothing to lose scenario Daniel has stumbled on something.

Agree, it’s very much credit where is due in Daniel flipping the formation again to earn that tremendous point Saturday.

But irrespective of whom we are playing the current attitude, level of fight, must be standard maintained to season end now.

Same players and same coach, all responsible for those simply abject displays at Forest and Brighton.

The change in formation and a returning AO timely substitutions are all down to Daniel being proactive, the atmosphere was unbelievable against Liverpool, but we have to maintain this level of performance away from home now.

Hopefully Namecheck injury is not too serious I thought we missed him on Saturday so we definitely need reinforcements in this area in January, I’d take Simms or Wright, although Coventry unlikely to play ball even Maja at Brom if we really don’t have much money, it seems a season for size, strength.

I don't disagree but still can't understand why it took so long for DF to decide to change tactics, when virtually everyone on here was screaming for change, take BA off put subs on earlier etc a lot were calling for his head and yes I was one of them, I suppose only time will tell if keeping him or changing coach/ manager was the right choice.

If DF keeps up his current form I will stand up and be counted and apologise, however at this moment I am not totally convinced.

I suppose the only true test Oldbri will be if he sticks to this new formation and it keeps us in the prem.

At which point, I'll be joining you in standing up to be counted!

Agree all above.
He should have been sacked. But he wasn’t.
He has now earnt the right for more time.
But the last two games needs to be the norm from now on. Different formations.

In game management. Tactic etc. be versatile.
Same with players. Leave it all on the pitch. Every game.
We won’t win them all but I now feel confident we possibly will win more than we lose.
