I think it’s very clear that Marsch is not an astute tactician and is struggling to find ideas.
He has only just acquired the new signings so you could forgive him for not getting them ready and up to speed. Marsch is probably an excellent motivator and a nice bloke that the players get on well with, but sadly that’s where it ends.
I just can’t see, even given another 5/ 6 games how he is going to find the answers to start winning games even with all those talented young players.
For me there’s only the one realistic choice to replace him that being Corberan. I’ve heard fans want Bielsa back, not going to happen, also Poch and Tuchel, not going to happen, a good shout from George with Amorim from Sporting CP, a fantastic coach but can’t see that happening either, one of the most expensive coaches in history.
So with the inevitability that Marsch will be sacked, probably after the Everton game, Orta should be preparing CC to come back to Leeds, to take charge and hopefully get us to at least to safety for this season. I don’t think it will a problem for him to decide which club to choose when you compare WBA and Leeds.

I did not think the timing was right for Carlos to take over from Bielsa, but I think he now has that little bit more experience and the squad we have now would suit the way he wants his teams to play.
Having said that, I am not sure it is likely he would even be approached, because he does not have the profile that I think our owners would want.
Maybe it's my Aussie background, but another i would not mind taking the reins is Ange Postecoglu. Yes I know some will say he is only managing in Scotland, but he has turned around Celtic and been successful in multiple countries. We also haven't done too badly with Aussies acquired from Celtic. :)

The Aussie Greek guy is a decent shout in terms of being a competent coach but there are 2 problems
1) Celtic would heavily resist any overture from Leeds for their coach
2) I am far from convinced he would want to leave Celtic to come to Leeds United.
