Forest will be season defining for myself and Jesse. I do still maintain I would swap Jesse for Bielsa in a heartbeat and the only reason Jesse is still in a job is the PR, the rhetoric he and the players are spouting after every single game about right direction, understanding the process blah blah….
Nobody would be happier to be proved wrong than myself, and yes, I am Bielsa biased so always going to give his replacement a hard time but I honestly believe we have one of the weakest managers in the league along with Southampton, Everton and Bournemouth and when you look at the respective league positions?
From that Brentford team yesterday who would you honestly want to come to Leeds? I think three/ four players tops for me from, Raya, Henry, Daasgard and Toney.
My point being, whilst still missing a left back and a couple more than we want in our squad on paper our squad is stronger than Palace or Brentford but in Frank and Viera they have better coaches, as their league position shows, you could apply the same logic to Silva and Fulham.
Can’t stand Keown but his MOTD review of Marsch and his players spinning the positives is borderline propaganda.
And please don’t pile in on how I’ve now seen the light and come over to the dark/ right side as I wasn’t convinced about Marsch from the outset.
But credit where it was due for keeping us up, and of course he deserved a full season, well he’s half way through this one, he’s had the added time from World Cup break but for me there’s still no substance two wins in sixteen isn’t progress in any league in the world although he would still have us believe it is.
I don’t think the board the Yanks will ever fire him but it’s a little tedious having him constantly pissing down our backs and telling us it’s raining.
And the point of my personal rant if they’re never going to sack him? I just feel better it’s actually very cathartic and I genuinely hope he shoves it all down my big gob and is successful but please jessee wins not words.

Sack him today I say.
He hasn’t the ability to manage a prem team and never will.
The yanks will have to get over how crap amd American he is and sack him. Cause if we go down. It might cost them less but could take 10-20 yrs to get back.
These are supposed to be business men. ****ing sack him for Christ sake. Not that hard.

I won't lose any sleep if marsch is sacked, fed up with his platitudes and bs. We have brought some decent players but continue to struggle under his coaching. I think he will be kept on until the end of the season but personally want him gone. Get Dyche in before Everton call him.

Surprised by the views above! Loads of positives in that performance against a team doing well.
I don’t think we’ll be relegated and I don’t think Jesse will be sacked. I think the board will review where we are in the summer and then make a decision. I genuinely only see progress in the last two games, with more to come!
Ironically I’m sure you all hope I’m right and you’re wrong especially Baz, nothing would make him happier!

I will be absolutely delighted El Spagnole if you ( and OP) are proved right and Leeds stay up. I am more cynical but I do like your rose tintedness.
