DF will be given until Spuds to impress or we will look for a replacement.

That's 5 more games Alf so I can only see 3 points max which would be 6 points from 7 games.
Not great but still just about on course for safety but then I suppose if we take bad beatings against Newcastle, Fulham, Bournemouth and Spurs I can see why he will be replaced.
But who with?
Other than Dyche lurking in the background I'm not sure Nuno if he's available and Ange would fancy us but maybe the chosen one could be persuaded for a King's ransom?
Would love a Bielsa return but can't see that either unfortunately.

That’s prob about right Alf. What we looking at pre spuds? I’d say minimum 8 points.
However. If rumours are true and we scouted the world for a replacement pre season and nobody interested. What’s changed? Given that if we sack him we will be doing badly and not as attractive as before. With all that money to WASTE. And now nothing. Let’s hope he turns it around.

Is there actually any truth to this or just people's opinions?
Had we got something from the Arsenal game or simply not been totally demolished, I doubt we'd care so much about last nights results. But, after the trashing by the Gunners and then last night's complete and utter disaster, we're all left feeling pretty bleak!
The atmosphere, belief and team spirit felt so good after the Everton win, it makes you wonder if something has gone on behind the scenes. Either way, I agree that Farke will be on borrowed time (whether right or wrong) if things don't improve. As for potential replacements, who knows, but we should be careful of what we wish for, surely you guys haven't forgotten the American Mosiah lol.

I think that the problem is less about the actual results of Arsenal and Wednesday and more the patterns that continue to emerge under Farke's management. There is one plan, the same for both Everton at home and Arsenal away. That's not premier league management. He needs to be more pragmatic and integrate these new signings quicker.
Same timing of subs at 70 mins. Same cautious sideways passing. Same reliance on players that imo aren't good enough (aaronson, gruev, harrison and Piroe) and more importantly, the same "lets throw every attacker on" when things don't work and we need a goal.
Thats not management. Anyone could do that.

Rohl? You would hope someone is already lined up really.

not sure on an actual points target but from what I understand we see the Fulham, Wolves and Bournemouth games as good opportunities to pick up points and if we don't do so then the writing will be on the wall. i'm sure there are more specific targets but I haven't heard any details.

If we get a point on Saturday all will be forgiven and we'll believe we're staying up, and although they'll boss the game I imagine, with no Isak, Gordon or Joelinton they might struggle to score. Everyone keeps talking about Farke not changing tactics depending on the opposition as though that's a problem but no successful manager does that. They just get the best players. Think about Pep (at Barcelona and City) , Ferguson (pains me to say it) , Wenger, Paisley, the Don! To me, chopping and changing all the time smacks of panic and it always fails. The style of play is dictated by the squad. The squad we have might be good enough, it might not, and if not then Farke has to take the fall, but pissing about isn't the answer.

Seriously Alf who gave you the info that DF will be gone by the Spurs game if results aren’t good?
You must be on the Leeds board or have friends in high places?
Or maybe total conjecture n talking bollox?
I read recently that no club has been relegated with 12 pts after ten games. So nine points from next ten games and we will be ok in theory?!

8 games I should have said ?.

Goof grief, if Marcelo returned my top would be off all month.
