Don't get me wrong last season he said was very good, but if that's right at 155 it is way too much for a player who failed to do the business when we were last in the premiership. I appreciate that he is older wiser and improving but unless we are changing our tactics and playing him as a wing back he will I fear struggle as a left back in the prem it's a different ball game and even in the championship he got caught out a couple of times. Having said that his attacking play last season was our saving grace several times but 155 that surely can't be right.

This is clearly a nonsense - 50% more than we've ever paid anyone else for a player who is, respectfully, not in our top 5 players.
If it is true, maybe we've got a serious increase in sponsorship terms coming. Fingers crossed!
I'd feel aggrieved paying more than £50k. Whilst something of a recent cult-hero, he can't be worth any more than that?!

I have to admit I’m not a fan of toxic atmosphere. I think levels of decency should be maintained. Bit of banter but not hostile and abuse. The players are human beings earning a living. No need for hatred.

Certain fans being what some might say, obnoxious or over the line is nothing exclusive to Leeds United fans, it’s everywhere and isn’t likely to change anytime soon.
Nuno is clearly frustrated and needs to vent it, that's his choice, it won’t change the result though.
What most opposition players and managers comment on about Elland Rd fans, is the noise level and that can be intimidating to some.

From what I have seen. A large selective of so called fans are animals. It’s a game right. It’s important and most of us like to win. But I firmly believe that all isms should be observed.
Bit of banter. Little Bit of name calling etc. I mean we all men right. Most of us are anyway. But none of the filth I’ve witnessed from all fans., Not just ours, Is acceptable. Not going to change though. Just saying.

Personally I love it,
Think it should be hostile, heated, horrible or whatever word people want to use. No one should enjoy coming to elland road.
I don’t think it should encroach on personal life or off the pitch but when players cross the line it’s fair game.
Proper players like ronaldo and cantano will ride to it and okay better that’s what makes them great.
