It’s a matter of what way you look at it really. Some say that some fans expect too much and are fickle and are constantly changing their minds from one game to another. When you look at the Everton game.
We were very good in the first half and rightly got praised for the performance. We showed how good we can be away from home.
To me, the second half performance was woeful. Regardless of whose fault it was. It’s not expecting too much or being unrealistic about our level and ability.

We’d already proven that we could outplay them.
Every game matters so every game ( and sometimes half’s ) will be judged on the performance and result. If we win then I’m happy and will show it. If we lose I’m not happy and will show it. According to the opposition and how we played.
I get emotional about Leeds and results. I couldn’t not care if we win or lose.

There's absolutely zero wrong with emotion, Aus.
A passion for the team. Bang on: I love it.
Outside of this forum, I'm from a background where heart can't rule head, and it's unfortunately a rule applied to bloody everything now.

Each to their own tho, I say, but given it's a forum for debate / discussion, I just point stuff out as I see it. It's not personal, where you're concerned, anyway.

You could almost say that football is a game of two halves couldn't you?

Alf well we can for sure?.

Aus, the second half was woeful and it was on Farke. He has proven before that he can make changes and effect a game.
He could and should have done better, by his own metrics.
I'm not going to be too hard on him because a point is a point but it is two points dropped.
In the same way we would rag on a striker for missing a game winning penalty or a GK who fails to make a loss-earning save.

This is not emotion, it's holding those people to their own expectations and standards and nothing else.

Two points dropped, one point gained.

What's wrong with Everton then proved they could outplay us. It's a battle, every game, fatigue, tactics, luck changes throughout the game.

It's ok, for the other team to be good also.

Nature of the beast Ani, simple innit!?

The difference between half’s points to one person. We all know it. Don’t be shy.
One manager had an answer. One didn’t.
It’s that simple.
Can you imagine now, over half way thru the season being battered at elland rd by anybody outside top 5.

In the first half. No. We will give them all a run for their money. Everton didn’t. Totally smashed by potential relegation fodder.

Very reminiscent of the Villa game Aus, though we got a point. I would say put it down as another lesson to be learned but yes DF's in game management was a bit off again though I am not going to start bashing him for it, he has got a lot more right than wrong in the last couple of months.

Saturday will be very interesting in many ways.

Tactical adjustment wise, what options did his bench offer him? Everything was pretty much like for like as far as I see?

Moyes did as well as Farke…his answer was no better. He didn’t win the game either. His tactics cost Everton 2 points.

Over the two games, Leeds dominated 75% of the games, i.e Moyes didn’t have an answer.

By your Logic Aus, every weekend half the managers don’t have an answer.
