No idea who to replace Farke with. They won't sack him anyway. Unless we slip further down. I think he will keep his job unless it gets to the point top 2 will be difficult to achieve. And that most likely will be too late then.

Fact this is a post and common thread on this site shows the mentality of a decent % of leeds fan base
Farke has had two of the most unstable years at leeds yet done well. This year he’s sold a fortune of players and still has our best ever start and is one win away from being top of the leauge and the word sack is being mentioned

Berm, I completely agree with you, it's the same Farke bashers and it's boring. We slipped up against Blackburn, but otherwise we are on track, they need to change the record and accept that you can't win them all. Like you said, 2 years of disruption is enough to affect anyone, but it's Farkes fault again. Blah, blah, blah.

There is a huge difference between expecting / demanding success and being realistic with those expectations and demands isn’t there Bermo? If we dropped to say 4th, but still with the best goal difference, and within a win of first, and some people got their wish, and the board sacked Farke, we (and the board) would be the laughing stock of British football. It’s that simple. We are 3rd, and ahead of where we were this time last season. It beggars belief.
I wonder how people would then feel if we appointed a new gaffer, results didn’t improve/ went downhill, what they would then be saying….

IF we are failures what are the 21 teams below us?
Surely all the stats, standalone and a last year comparison, point to a success so far. As for the quality on show then we are back to the old argument - Do you want to watch a silky team regularily get beaten or are you happy? to be boring, win and get promoted?
For all the trials and tribulations the last 2 summers have thrown at him I for one believe, this ship is still on course.
This January will prove very interesting (in a good way I hope) . Let's hope "the board" have learned from past mistakes and recruit that missing piece (s) to help shorten our odds on "P"

Aus one difference between Belisa and farke both may be one trick ponies but Belisa spent around 65-70 million to get us promoted over two seasons
