Bard confirmed by club.
Nothing official from club about Bahoya?
01 Sep 2026 22:52:20
Bard is officially signed.
Will we get Bahoya done in time?
01 Sep 2026 23:25:35
Deal sheet is in, apparently.
01 Sep 2026 21:19:27
Apparently we knocked back a Sunderland approach for Okafor today.
01 Sep 2026 21:47:14
If it had come earlier, and the offer was big enough, and we'd time to find an alternative, then I'd have been tempted. Okafor has his moments, but he's not got great stamina, and is prone to minor injuries, which keep him out for short periods.

Bahoya gets a Romano “Here We Go”. Season long loan with a €30m obligation.
Player heading for medical. I’d guess medical will be done in Germany.
01 Sep 2026 19:00:17
I don't understand how they can get a medical done in a few hours? Other signings have gone into a second day.
01 Sep 2026 20:21:55
A day is usually doing the w**** signing video.

Pletenberg reporting we are pushing for a deal for Bahoya.
Don’t go to bed yet folks.
Finger crossed.

He looked like he was going to Hull, but backed out, saying he'd make a late decision. If true, this is cutting it a bit fine.
01 Sep 2026 18:01:37
Very fine, but medical can be done after the paperwork goes in.
02 Sep 2026 05:18:07
Arsenal reputed to have looked at him first.
01 Sep 2026 17:20:18
Bahoya is the latest name doing the rounds as we aim to do a late deal.
01 Sep 2026 17:31:28
He's about the best we could hope for at this point. Decent player, very pacey.
01 Sep 2026 17:33:01
He was born near Disneyland in Paris, just saying. 🤣😂🤣😂
01 Sep 2026 18:03:08
Quickest ever recorded in Bundes, apparently.
01 Sep 2026 18:23:38
I like pace. It frightens defenders. However, I remember Steve Kindon at Burnley. He was big and quick, but could only run in a straight line.
Hopefully Bahoya can run at angles as well.
