A late post as I have just finished my large slice of humble pie after questioning Gruyev's selection! A great ER night under the lights. Another 12 points should see us safe for me.

You're excused Feath - he's not always shown that type of performance in the past. Really good to see pretty much everyone in this squad picking up their individual game as well as the overall performances. Long may it continue:)

I did post the same in an older thread last night, but did Gruev perhaps benefit from being given more freedom to be involved going forward, in Stach's absence? He always does the business defensively I think, and did again last night, but we don't often get to see him looking for through balls or longer range passes?

Cracking performance all round Feath, just what we needed to keep the confidence high and regain momentum. Hopefully as the points mount and the pressure eases we can move up the league a little but the boys were mighty impressive last night, not for the first time either ?.

Thought he was proper injured he was layed out that long . couldn't see what happened to him sat in Kop.

When Gruev first came to Leeds his passing was way more adventurous but i believe Farke put the shackles on him.
He was great at mid to long diagonal passes with his lovely left foot.
Last night he returned to the way he used to play and looked a much more complete midfielder. I’m not sure was that under instruction or not? Either way he looked the business.

Yes I was there 72. It seemed to be a facial injury as he had to change his shirt because of blood. I didn't see what happened as I was at the opposite end.

In the scramble he went to head the ball as DCL went to kick it.
It didn't look like much contact tbh, but obviously was enough.

Think he got a nosebleed from being so far up! Seriously though brilliant from Gruev who gets a lot of negativity but always does the job he is asked to do. Maybe he was just asked to play forward more against Florists.
