Well, strange season already this, 9 games in and already a handful of clubs in crisis and none of them are the promoted sides!

unusual in recent history certainly.

Yep vid. We def safe now.

Lol Aus, you kill me. It was s comment on a situation not on how it affects us, but, as you mention it, I believe we are, we're and will be more than safe anyway. This squad as it is has potential, has proved it can be competitive and just needs to be consistent over the season.

Very happy with the start and as I said I was confident we would beat Wet Spam and go on a decent run. But that's just me!

How is that strange? Every season clubs are in crisis.
It’s a myth that clubs don’t stay up after promotion from the championship. Last two seasons that is true but previous years not so much.
The likes of Fulham Brentford Forest Villa Bournemouth Wolves and Brighton have all managed to stay up in recent years and so far consolidated their place in the EPL.

Leeds United are a massive club and it’s up to the current owners to push us forward to initially cement our place as an EPL force and then make us the Champions of Europe.

At the very least Corkey.

Very true Cork, it just becomes another narrative, just everyone repeating the same old story, any team that gets promoted goes straight back down as if it’s been happening every season in the premiership.
I have to say the teams that got promoted last season collectively were the worst I've ever seen in the Premiership.
So far you can see the teams promoted are making a better fist of it this season, due to several reasons including better recruitment of players.
I’m not surprised at all the Le Bris and Farke, both intelligent coach’s are better prepared to adapt and hopefully for us stay up in this first season.

There’s no question or doubt that teams like Forest, Fulham, west Ham and even Wolves still have more quality individually in their squads than the promoted teams, but this is football and some teams lose their way and descend.
I can say very confidently that Leeds Utd are not destined to be relegated this season, it won’t be easy to stay up but we’ve got a fair chance of achieving it.

In the last 10 years, 50% of promoted clubs have gone back down. That increased to 53% in the last 5 years, 66% in the last 3 years and 100% last year which suggests it is getting tougher to stay up. However, last season was a bit of an anomoly so staying up is certainly possible.

Very confidentially and fair chance Dosent seem the same opti. ?.

It’s still better than being absolutely certain that we are going to be relegated Aus.
