Well, by far the best that can be said of yesterday was, that we did not lose. Where has the free flowing, one touch football gone that destroyed teams not that long ago. Yesterday was, stuttering. With misplaced passes galore. Yes I agree with most on here, it's a mental thing. It's now up to the management to revitalise. Stop, take a deep breath, have a think, then start afresh. MOT.
{Ed025's Note - you have to give Luton a bit of credit though Leodis, they are fighting for their lives and it was never going to be an easy game mate..

Free flowing one touch football that destroyed teams? What?
IMO Leeds have not played that well for vast majority of matches this season.
Sure we have have had one huge win vs the taffs but we actually generally played much better more free flowing football last season
And neither Farkey Leeds seasons hold a candle to the superb fooball first 3 seasons previously under Bielsa.

Too much head tennis as well yesterday.

Blinkered vision Baz. You only see what your agenda tells you to see.
And I agree with Ed too; credit has to go to our opposition on occasions, for the way that they play against us, and it hasn’t just been Luton who have put in huge shifts against us either.

Feel free to list even 5 matches this season Bright where Leeds have played " free flowing one touch football that has destroyed teams"
Good luck!

I will answer that Baz,
Sheffield Wed 2-0 and 3-1
Sheffield Utd 2-0 and 3-1
Watford 4-0
Cardiff 7-0 and 3-0
Oxford 4-0
Coventry 3-0 and 2-0
Middlesbrough 3-1
Luton 3-0
Swansea 4-3
13 there Baz, to which I was at everyone! You are deluded and pig ignorant, stop saying things about our team that aren’t there, yes have an opinion but stop making crap up you balloon ?.

Baz, that's a daft statement. We have played very well for the majority of the season. We started slow and have hit a rut, but the majority of the season we walked over teams. If we didn't, we wouldn't have the points tally we have now.
I understand and share the frustration with the recent form, but come on, buddy, we've had an excellent team this season.
On form current Leeds would beat on form previous season Leeds, hands down.

Yes I do give credit Ed but the table must mean something if one should impose itself on the other then surely it must be leeds and for all Lutons huffing and puffing endeavour "skill" should? show through in the end. We went through this as recent as last year so it is now down to DF and the rest to remind them of what is to come and stress; our normal game game should beat their normal game, 99 times out of 100.
{Ed025's Note - its so difficult at this stage Leodis, teams at the bottom are fighting for their lives and the teams at the top are fighting for promotion or at least a play off spot, add to that the tension and fatigue and injuries and its a very difficult time for all, i still think the cream will rise to the top and Leeds will get promoted mate..
06 Apr 2025 17:16:18
Hope yer correct with that Ed!
{Ed025's Note - im never wrong Brighty.. :)
06 Apr 2025 19:41:23
Absolutely right Ed. I swear some people on here have absolutely no idea how this game works.
{Ed025's Note - there are a lot of pessimists about Alf, its been a great season for Leeds up to now mate and now its a 3 horse race, you wont have to win every game because all three will drop points thats for sure, im predicting that Leeds win it and Burnley finish second...and im like Wincy Willis when it comes to forecasting.. :)

Proper past blast there with Wincey Willis! Swiftly followed by Mr Motivator, who could supplement his pension at TA for a few weeks right now!
