41 days to kick off lads, can’t wait and things are looking up on the transfer front with Gudmonsson imminent and Sean Longstaff next with Anton Stach looking positive as well, it’s all looking more promising and we just need a solid £30M plus striker and a good solid keeper who has height and strengths in all the departments that Messlier doesn’t! We have lots of height which is great, lots of ball playing individuals and they all seem to be in the same age category and it looks like we are actually buying with the future in mind. We just need that couple of mega signings and happy days eh.
I noticed that on the AI predictions we are laid out to finish 15th with Sunderland, Burnley and Wolves going down.
Me myself I think that Wet Sham, Wolves, Sunderland, Burnley and Brentford will be all in the relegation fight, I just hope we are not!

Agree about relegation battle between about 8 teams woodster. However. Think with what we have spent so far. I’d say room for 40 on striker. 20 each on gk and am.

Muniz is still the striker we want and will probably take the most from our budget for a single player.

Totally agree gents, but we also have Geldard, Joseph, Meslier, Greenwood, BA, Bamford and Gruev to sell so that will bring quite a chunk in, so maybe just maybe two statement signings could arrive at Elland Road, it would be so good to see us spend big on a good striker and please please ? not Calvert-Lewin, Sergeant or Beto from Everton! I’m ok with Wilson coming in for Bamford as back up but please non of those three! ALAW ??.

Hi guys I’m new on here so take your time with me know how Leeds fans can be but Woodster, what’s good about filling the team with all defensive guys we ve got to get over half way line to attack, I don’t mind bringing in new players if they re better than we got but longstaff, about on par with amps no better than tanaka, you ve got to have a little bit of balance in it and ballers somebody to get us going up the pitch, at the moment it looks like we keeping money in our pocket and get some loans in Calvert Lewin, Callum Wilson, why don’t we just extend byram contract give him another 2 years and put him upfront come on aim high we leeds.

I am not too sure about West Ham but as I’ve said before Alf seems to know his shiz and if he says wet Spam are in trouble then I believe him and is the sole reason I’ve back them for relegation at the bookies. It’s all on your ALF!

Longstaff will prove to be the best value piece of business we do this window, IMHO.
It took Tonali coming back in at Newcastle to sideline him at SJP.
Not the flashiest player on the pitch, but he has a great engine, likes a tackle, can pick a pass AND weighs in with a few goals.
For £12 million-ish, I reckon he's a brilliant signing for us!

I agree re Langstaff Ady! Great value at 12m if we get him!
I've also heard that Muniz is our favoured ST option, and think he would be a great addition to mix it up at the front, but if Sargeant is available at good money, he would also be an astute backup signing.
Another area of agreement with a few others is the dead wood;it's overdue that they're finally cut loose, whatever it takes!

Well bright white I don’t think longstaff is good value I think that’s 12 million down the river we ve already got that player in amps, and I totally can’t agree with you about sergeant as we got better in piroe, so can you tell me you could see sergeant doing well in premiership that’s a no no in the 2 games against us last season did nt get a kick yet you think be alright in premiership no way that’s poor got to have someone with a bit of composure a bit of class someone who can strike the ball be confident with penalties, we must also bring in new wing to replace Solomon, someone really good then perhaps Callum Wilson, or somone that good on a free spend that big money on them boys.

Probs because Naarwich hardly had the ball to feed him John! And I think i was clear enough in saying that he would be suitable as "back up". He is well rated as a finisher, but also as someone who wears out defenders, and gives as good as he gets. You disagree, and I have no issues at all with that.
