I was trying to think which players we had out on international duty and I can’t think of any apart from Klich being used as a sub for Poland and I suppose Meslier for the French under 21’s. I don’t know if Aaronson and Adams played a friendly for USA or Sinisterre for Colombia?

Yes OP Adams and Aronson USAMT team lost 2-0 to Japan and think I recall Sini does not play until Wednesday.

Pearl harbour revenge

Speaking of Americans not liking the Yank at Chelsea's ideas to ' improve UK soccer '

Bazadamus They realize they can't implement the American franchise model straight away so they are attempting it in stages. Football authorities will cave in and when it's too late the clock ⏰ won't be able to be wound back.

Mattanimal Sini playing on Wednesday 28th night with time difference early hours of Thursday morning

Leeds play at home 430pm on Sunday 2nd October

Thursday, Friday Saturday even arriving Sunday morning over 3 days to get back to Leeds. more than enough time surely.

Alf This is the value of insertion of a sunset ? clause when things go wrong. Affords a reversion to the regime which worked. Without it, the EPL shall inevitably become a soccer NFL.

Matt, playing in Mexico I think so may have Friday at training and game on Sunday so a bench appearance likely.

Matt - as far as I can see, Sinisterra’s last game of this international break is v Mexico in Santa Cruz, California at 3.00am GMT on Wednesday morning, and the Villa game is at 4.30pm on Sunday. Isn’t that long enough a gap for him to return in time to play for us in that game?

I see some reports trying to draw a parallel with Raphinha situation last October, but the two cases seem very different Brazil game actually finished at 1.30am GMT on the Friday morning and the Southampton game was at 3.00 pm on the following day.

Factor in jet lag though and the sinister one may not be at his best.

Thanks for info on Sini. Still think bench and bring on if needed. Time to give Cree a proper run out.
